Overnight stay on our journey to the Costa Blanca. Third time we stayed there now. Excellent Hotel. Nice staff and good food. Comfortable Rooms and spotlessly clean. Also very convenient for A7- right off Junc 30

Nothing really- has everything I need. However if you want to stay more than one night- there is a swimming pool and gardens to enjoy.

Stopped on way south with last minute booking. Ate in restaurant for evening meal and breakfast both very nice, with evening meal being very reasonably priced for the quality of food. Nice room and dogs welcome. Dog enjoyed going up and down in the glass fronted lift.... very welcoming staff.

We moved this booking to fit with a wedding party so actually stayed in the sister hotel: Hotel Sercotel Pere III El Gran.... it was BRILLIANT!. It was perfectly located to see the town and very reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was tidy, clean and very well sized (although we did have a suite.. so not sure of the size of a regular room).

One of the nights we had loud people outside in the square below the hotel.. because it had other buildings around the sound reverberated and seemed to amplify meaning our sleep was disturbed. I've had similar experiences in other countries/cities and we should have known to take ear plugs... we visited a pharmacy the next day and purchased ear plugs and they worked a treat... so not really a fault with the hotel as such.. just go prepared.

Location for the AP7 is great, parking is on site. There is a supermarket nearby that has a garage for cheap fuel and maccy D close by.

No kettle or brew making facilities in the room, Receptionist had to hunt around to find a bath plug. Bathroom needed some DIY attention.

Very accessible from the motorway. Dog friendly. Decent breakfast. Handy on site restaurant with decent choice of meals. Private parking. Helpful staff. I would use this again.

Shower over bath which wasn't great for a disabled person.

Wonderful staff especially the young lady in the restaurant who had to tolerate my lack of Spanish. Excellent food!

Nothing to dislike.

We really liked this hotel and thus we came back. Quick check-in and very friendly staff. Good dinner in the evening and good breakfast. Quiet and spacious room. Convenient parking in front of the building. If again in the area, we will come back.

Easy to find and well located for our journey. The room was a decent size and comfortable. Reasonable rates. We would happily stay there again.

The premises do look a bit dated but not too bad. We did have some disruption from the parking area at the front of the hotel during the night when a large group of people gathered. Nothing unpleasant but quite loud talking and laughing well after midnight.

The lady on reception was very helpful, which to be fair the reception staff last time were as well. The gentleman doing the bar and restaurant was cheerful and helpful unlike the person doing it two years ago who made us feel like we were a nuisance.

Nothing really, it is always too much to expect a full English and the continental breakfast on offer was perfectly acceptable.

Easy to access on our journey south. The staff was exceptionally friendly.
