Very friendly and attentive staff, quck check-in/out, good restaurant and good alternatives nearby, water bottles in room generously replenished daily, small but nice pool, cozy atmosphere, attractive design.

Operating light switches in room confusing, cockroach in bathroom (which was quickly removed though), hotel is on a busy street so some rooms may be noisy during daytime.

Very spacious and well equipped room- with all amenities we needed. Lovely pool and alfresco area. Staff were helpful and friendly. Close to shopping.

On the night of our stay there was a private function. This meant the outside restaurant was closed. Inside options had a changed menu from what was advertised. Inside allowed smoking- hence we went elsewhere. Staff did their best to accommodate though.

Superb staff (from front desk, to housekeeping to the restaurant/lounge)- felt very welcomed. The location is also great with many good restaurants and shops around. Beds were very comfortable which is great for longer stays

Rooms facing the road are a little loud, but the insulation in the room is good.

The great stay there and the location is perfect Everything is beautiful, but the best thing is that the hotel staff are very wonderful and helpful. Housekeeping is the only weak point in this hotel. But still the hotel deserve 10 because of the great reception desk they are trying to help, but unfortunately, the housekeeping are terrible, I have to request the front desk every time to request the housekeeping for cleaning the room, the thing which I really doesn't like: I asked them to clean the room they clean it but unfortunately they use the same towels and bedsheets, they just wrap the old dirty towels and put it again although it wasn't changed for 2 nights

It was such a great start to our honeymoon. The staff really are the stars at Colombo Court Hotel, their customer service was amazing. All the extra touches were there and everything you needed for a great stay. Couldn’t fault the staff or the effort they made to make us comfortable. The food was fab and they were great with allergies. The pool was a great additional as well and we enjoyed getting to use the spa during our stay too!

Due to the water pressure, it was very hard to run a bath and water could be quite slow in the shower.

Beautiful place to start or end your journey in Sri Lanka. We didn't want to stay in the city since our trip to the country is a short one but we're now planning to go back to Colombo earlier and stay here a few days longer. It's in a very easy to access part of the city. You can walk and find so many restaurants/cafes/markets as you like. Easy to find transportation to go anywhere as well. The place itself is beautifully designed, well maintained and clean. The pool area is very nice, there is a small area for gym purposes as well, which is a smart design element. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. Beds are comfy and the bathroom is just appealing to the eye. Overall a very well designed and maintained place. The experience of staying here is well worth it.

Property was a bit run down but staff was very attentive

I had recently had an operation to my leg and my hand towel was a bit dirty which can easily washed in a washing machine as part of their regular cleaning of towels and they charge me R/s 300 for the privilege and more importantly the front desk chap just came across as money grabbing parasites and problem is the come across desperate for monies

Food was exceptionally good and clean (and cheap!). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location with tuk-tuks and Ubers from your doorstep. Great outdoor lunch area and rooftop bar area for dinner

We didn’t get fresh towels everyday, however, these guys rate really high on eco-friendliness so gotta give it them

The room was great. Should have more lighting though. The breakfast was fantastic. The pool was ok for a plunge but not great for proper swimming. The gym is fine. Hotel dining closed early so could not get dinner the night when I arrived and had to sleep hungry. Overall a very good experience. The architecture was fantastic. Very good looking hotel.

Would have been nice to get something to eat at midnight. However, the in-hotel dining / room service was not available after 10-11 pm.

I would like to thanks individuals Team members to make our stay and event Awesome and great. - Before arriving I had email conversation with Marketing team, Ms. Tina (Senior Marketing Executive ) assisted to booking of the events area according to my wish list and she’s always available on email and WhatsApp, Q&A reply was perfect & special thanks to her it made everything perfect & it was great. - checkin to departure FOM-Mr. Irshad - perfect person for the FO Team, always available for all requested need related to guest request, to the event & great and best assist we have daily. - Front office Host - Mr. Dinit, great guy had great conversation, always happy & smiling and hope in future we can meet again , hope him a great future ahead. - F&B Manager - Mr. Nalin & F&B team (Amare ber pool area) please thank them, service was outstanding & very friendly. Food is served daily and the event is tasty and yummy. - Housekeeping - Mr. Janaka & Mr.Priyan always available if anything related to our room. - Room attendant - Mr. Kasun always keeps our clean & nice.
