The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was close enough to the airport to make it a comfortable drive after a long flight. Being able to book a car to take us to the hotel was very convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable, including the bed and the air-conditioning was very welcome. The service at breakfast was great with a good selection offered at the buffet. Being on the fourth floor kept the street noise to a minimum.

location very close to airport and on the main road so easy to find, rooms were spacious and clean, wifi worked well, they have good food options, so it is very good value for the price they offered. Staff is cooperative and polite.

The room is more spacious than expected. There is a wardrobe! and the bathroom is unexpectedly spacious and tidy. There is also a food court down the ground floor with lots of sri lankan and western food variety for a very reasonable price. There is a bar on the food court and up in the roof top. Grocery shop just 2mins walk away. Close proximity to the airport. Perfect for those staying overnight for a flight next day. Definitely recommended for short stay (or even long stay).

No free transfer van to the airport. They are charging 3000 rupees for 'organising' the vehicle when you can book your own taxi for just 700 rupees. Reception did not give a receipt, I had to ask for it. The door to the room is tricky to open. Noisy guests in the middle of the night.

We only stayed overnight due to a late arriving flight. The staff accommodated our really late arrival and were very pleasant and helpful in getting us checked in quickly. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, showers had hot water which is a bonus and the morning included breakfast was huge and very tasty.

No curtains on the bathroom window looking out.. very small inconvenience.

Everything from check-in to room service , dinner order, and quick serving . Excellent breakfast . Polite friendly and very helpful staff . Good clean hotel with a rooftop restaurant with a great view of the city around. Toiletries , 24 hrs hot water, Wi-Fi TV channels, towels, pillows blankets, everything good. Surely recommend this property for all types of if travelers.

May be the choice of vegetarian dishes for dinner was minimal so we did not much to choose from . But all the others were too good and we managed with the food choice .

Might be the driver's room next to the back side of the hotel. They were very noisy last night. As I am.local it's okay but foreigners may not like it . Provide one tissue box in room very helpful.

It was fairly good. The room was relatively clean, and the size was spacious. The bed was super comfortable. However, the hospitality was amazing, especially Mr. Sandaruwan he is an excellent man, helped us a lot and was very nice and welcoming he was one of the reasons we liked the hotel.

The bathroom wasn't very clean, and the toilet seat had stains. The sheets were not very clean. The breakfast selection was very limited. However, the food and drinks tasted good. So it has its ups and downs but generally it is a nice hotel and somewhat good value for your money.

Excellent. I had a choice of a English breakfast or a local one in the food hall. I went for the local and was fully satisfied . Fresh food. The staff was very polite and helpful. The bathroom has no extract fan and in the night gives a damp smell. Overall I was very satisfied will recommend to anyone and will stay again.

Actually,the only notice and should be fixed immediatly that the bathroom window is without security(I booked alone in the 6th floor) and it is jusr 2 feet above the ground level which makes it very dangerous for those with kids,I drew the reciption attention to that and they promised to do something about it since I booked again with my family in condition they will secure these windows

Staff was nice and accommodating to our late check-in time. The hotel is perfectly located for being in close reach to the airport. We booked here just one night at our arrival in Sri Lanka, after which we moved on to our itinerary. We had everything we needed in the room for a short stay, AC worked well and we were well rested the next morning.

The breakfast was quite basic. Comparing now to other hotels we stayed at throughout the island, the quality and presentation could be a small point of improvement.
