Reception staff are superb and helpful, including arranging taxis and luggage storage after checkout. The room is very clean. The hot water comes almost instantly in the bathroom and the fixtures work very well, with precision. The suitcase holder is built into the wall to save space - very cool! Overall, a very welcoming hotel.

The blanket is small and doesn't cover the whole bed. God help you if you have two people; it won't cover both. The restaurant is good but all food offered throughout the hotel is more expensive than the quality deserves. There is no microwave. Don't sit on the front edge of the armchair or it tips and sends you sprawling. You can't reduce the radiator heat very much to ensure a cooler room for a restful sleep.

No BBC World News or International channels on TV. The music playing while eating breakfast. I like to eat in peace, without music playing

View from room absolutely outstanding, we got room with view to mountain and lake, absolutely gorgeous. Very comfortable bed. Very nice rain shower and spacious clean bathroom. Definitely one of best accommodations I had.

Nothing particular about hotel, there was not much variety for dinner around hotel. Most restaurants around was pizza places, steak house in hotel building was completely occupied already. But hotel has its own bar at the entrance and they still had few salads available which were still very tasty.

We arrived quite late on the Inlandsbanen hotel was attended drinks and food available 24/7 in cafe even though it was a Sunday. Very close to station. Roof top pool and jacuzzi - absolutely fabulous

I asked for a quiet room and got a room directly beside elevator, had to change room. Automatic light in bathroom takes extreme long (up to 10 minutes) for switching off, through the glass walls of bathroom you see all the light lying in bed and try to sleep.

The hotel is huge, the room was very spacious despite being the last one on the 5th. floor. Perfect view of Train station. it is close to the downtown as well as the main locations around. Very good gym and an amazing breakfast. You also have access to the coffeeshop at side of the front desk, perfect!

I missed the smoked salmon in the breakfast as I have it everywhere in my entire trip around Lapland. :(

Great location, just across from the station. Very modern and comfortable with a huge gym as well as the roof top swimming pool. We had a room on the fourth floor overlooking the station and with a lovely view of Dundret. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on the two nights we were there, which was a disappointment as there wasn’t a huge choice of restaurants in the town. But there was a nice cafe beside reception which had salads and pies. The door to the room had an automatic opening and closing system which we found a bit irritating!

The hotel is right in front of the station which was important to me and has views of both the hills and the lake. There is a heated swimming pool on the top with the views which is excellent. The food offered in the hotel is also great. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and a lot of small details that are designed for maximum convenience with a lot of attention to detail such as small light in the bathroom that is always on so you dont need to turn on the lights in the night when you go there, adjustable lighting, wood furnish on walls and other small details.

The pillows were not ok for me, I like to sleep with a low pillow and I struggled with these all night as they were either too big or strangely shaping themselves. If you like me need lower pillow either request this in advance with the hotel or bring something with you. The curtains still leak light so you may neeed eye shade in summer but this was a common problem in all hotels in Scandinavia during the summer. Not a personal issue for me but in my view the staff could have been friendlier (that is: warmer) especially considering how much you are paying for staying here.

Excellent facilities. Very good breakfast. Ideally located for the railway.

Lots of great facilities if you were staying for a number of days, but hard to make the most of over one night, especially when some things closed quite early (eg the swimming pool)

Very modern hotel, spacious room with double aspect view. Free sauna on 5th floor (with a lovely view) was a nice surprise Roof pool (tho' didn't have time to use it). Right opposite the station so very convenient for catching early-morning trains.

Breakfast room obviously doubles as a huge conference facility so was a bit uninspiring.
