Great location in the centre of town. Facilities were nice and new. Staff very friendly and spoke good English. We have been travelling for a month and the quality and variety of the breakfast was the best we have had. Also, you can have free coffee and biscuits any time during the day. Parking was easy in the green zone once we knew where to go. It might be a problem in busier times. Nice waterfront to spend an evening at.

Beds were a little soft for my liking and not separate mattresses. Being in the centre of town if you want the windows open at night you hear everything that's going on in the street below.

Bathroom fan could not be shutdown (always runs) and is noisy (especially during night ) Breakfast choice doesn't offers too much choice if you stay for more that 2-3days. PS: Room cleanness has to be requested by Door Card. (This was not pass at check-in)

The hotel is located centrally in the city. The windows are good so that it is quite when the windows are closed. Parking can be found nearby and only needs to be paid from morning until afternoon. Information are provided prior to arrival. I found the room very cozy. Breakfast was very good and drinks (coffee, tea, juice and water) as well as small pastries and fruits are available for free throughout the day. The people who work at the hotel are very friendly. I stayed for a night longer as I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the city. I will recommend the hotel to friends.

In summer, it may be a little loud because if the central location. When I was there, it was no problem, but it was at the beginning of April and the windows could be held close without any problems. When you try to park your car in the afternoon (around 5), it can be hard to find a place at the public parking lots nearby, but you can park your car there in the evenings

We got what we want...bed, breakfast and shower. There were small things that we did not liked but they were not an issue because we got what we needed for a short 3 days stay.

Too litle fruits for the breakfast. I did not like the smell of the soap and the shampoo. Also I do not know if from technikal issue we did not have the booked baby bed in our room. That was not problem at all because we got it from the nice stuff but sadly we did not use it, we did not liked the baby bed. The madrass was not covered and was to thiny.

New hotel in the centre of the city. Extremely clean and friendly and helpful staff. Hotel served snacks and drinks all afternoon free of charge. Breakfast was amazing. The variety including fresh fruit was outstanding. I had an excellent stay and will return.

Parking on the street is a problem. Even with the help of the front desk I got a parking ticket. Use the suggested parking lot even though it costs more.

Staff was very kind to change the room to another one upon arrival. It was newly renovated and overlooking downtown street. Breakfast was nice but the same every day.

Could be a bit noisy on the weekends, but it was expected.

The bed is really comfortable, the hotel is close to everything in the city, quiet, perfect.

My room was cleaned sometimes only, after so many days. The room is a bit small but cozy.

A very clean and comfortable hotel located in the city centre. Despite being close to the main area of the city it was very quiet during the night, no disturbances. It feels like a very thought-through design.

This hotel had a lot of personality! The second and third floor almost looked like the inside of a ship complete with wheel, very fitting for Karlskrona. The reception is always manned and the staff was overall very helpful. The place lies next to a department store, meaning it's very easy to go out and buy whatever is needed; the supermarket should be open until late (22 or 23); likewise it's extremely close to the town square as well as the pier to take a boat to the archipelago.

The hotel wi-fi is open without a password and, while that's not necessarily a bad thing, it may be "leeched" by people close enough to the place, possibly making it a bit slow. I'd set up a password if I were the staff!
