This is a true gem, within a beautiful region. The home is absolutely immaculate, full of character and charm, the breakfast was outstanding, the beds were perfect, we slept amazingly. We visited over Easter, and in the morning I sat and watched the mist roll over the countryside and deer emerge from the mist into the garden, it was like a dreamscape.

The room was a little chilly, but there were extra blankets to compensate.

Nice and friendly place close by our destination. The hosts were very friendly and we had a good nights sleep and woke up to a beautiful view over the fields on a sunny day. Then we had an excellent breakfast. The shower was very good and everything new and clean.

The bed was a little bit soft so it took a while to fall asleep - nothing else - everything else was excellent. We liked the place very much and will recommend it to other people.

Mellby Atelier is s wonderful gem in Österlen. The atmosphere is amazing, with beautiful rooms and very comfortable beds. The place is overall very stylish yet cosy. The hosts were absolutely amazing and the breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely be back!!

Nothing, everything was perfect!!

We spent our anniversary in this area and the owners of Mellby Atelier made us feel absolutely welcome and at home. We only spent one night in the hotel, but it was a great experience. During the winter time, the area around the hotel is very quiet and there is little to do, but instead we made ourselves comfortable and had a delicious dinner in the neighbouring village. Thanks to the recommendation of the hotel owners, we had a lovely evening. If you are looking for a family-run and lovingly managed hotel, this is the place for you. The room was a bit too noisy for lighter sleepers. Walking on the floor above is quite loud, and you can hear people talk next door, through the walls.
