Excellent bed, well aerated room, soundless moquette, fast elevator, nice staff, good breakfast, parking lot (paid extra, but it values the crones you pay), big TV, refrigerator working well, good laundry service.
The parking lot could be better, it gets inches of water in some zones when it rains and being inside a city I don't see why it shouldn't be totally covered by asphalt, I mean okay we're in Sweden when you get outside of main roads anything is terrain but the hotel is in a city. It could avoid all those pebbles in your car's tyres. By the way a part of the parking lot does have asphalt so it's not totally a complaint, just park on the right side.

The room was pretty spacious and the bathroom was also of a good size with a great shower.
The view was not great, i was overlooking another wall/room of the same hotel, though in fairness, I didn't rent the room to stare out of the window, i rented it to be comfortable and relaxed and that is what i was

clean and attractive; well maintained. The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choices for protein, fruit and cereals.
paying for parking in their graveled dirt lot-it is a bit challenging to wheel luggage across. No shelf or hooks to hang anything in the bathroom and space around the sink is very limited. Electric trains ran nearby thru the night but were not disruptive to our sleep once we identified the sound they made.

Comfy, loads of space if you get the right room. Amazing breakfast. A good walking distance to most things if you don’t use the tram. Had a play areas for teens and adults.
Which it had washing facilities like a coin laundry.

Good breakfast,good sauna,good TV. Receptionist was very nice.
paying extra for coffee 10kr, wellness 200kr per person and parking 85 kr ..that should be complimentary for hotel guests. Drunk idiot guests in spa area were too loud and ruined our relaxing time for 2 hours and staff kept bringing them alcoholic drinks instead of kicking them out!

The location was very good, easily walking distance to the station, park, restaurants etc. Breakfast was okay too, and many available tables and seats to eat without being crowded. The room was quiet even if we were situated near the outdoor restaurant and main road. An electric fan was even provided if it became too warm. The bathroom was also very well maintained and the towels clean and fresh.
There was just a small issue with the parking as the next day we found a ticket on our windshield for wrongful parking. It turned out that when we checked in, the car was not registered at the desk hence we were ticketed. That was easily fixed as the reception immediately took our ticket and promised to fix it. So in the end all was well! 👌🏼

the family is great arrangement, good space. two receptionists are so helpful and nice, hotel bar is excellent with service and food. highly recommend to family trip. Spa is great for relaxing
