Staff was helpful and hotel made nearby rooms available as requested. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was made available on time. It had many options for customers who eat non vegetarians food. Check in check out was smooth and parking was available for customers

Room sizes were smaller than expected there was hardly any space between beds when beds were opened. There were no storage place for bags so there was not much space left in the room. Hotel should think about adding more vegetarian or vegan options.

Structure seems to be recently renovated, breakfast was very good, and staff is very polite and helpful.

We asked a bedroom for 3 people, so we were given 1 double bed plus a suspended single bed, which alwas actually ok. When my husband pulled the bed so our son could used, the shock absorbers didn't work, and the bed just felt on my husband shoulder. Fortunately no big harm, but if my son had pushed the bed instead, could have a severe head injury or worst. Also, it seems that no bedrooms have air-conditioner or any kind of cooling system, and keep the window open is not a good option, considering that the streets are noise around the area.

Breakfast was good,.lot of choices for breakfast. The Hotel is close to some activities. Free parking is a key factor for me as I travelled with a rental car.

The WiFi which I needed for work was not that good, but m room was at the end of the building so that could be the reason

Breakfast was great, an excellent choice. Hot drinks available all day.

The room could have been slightly bigger - especially as we had travelled from the UK and were staying for just under a week, it was a little cramped.

Some staff members are Mean, I was refrain to eat food in their coffee area. I am vegetarian, my food choice was not available with them and hence I need to eat my own food, however some team members bad declined it.

good value for the money, clean, and comfortable. it’s a little walk from the centre, but on a bike it’s only a few minutes. gloriously quiet at night (though maybe this. wouldn’t be a problem anywhere in Örebro)

the only challenge I had was that one night I arrived late to the hotel and there was no one to let me in and no alternative means of entry that I could see. I was standing outside for a good 20 minutes before the desk attendant showed up.

Frendly welcome. I got all information regarding my stay. The room is rather small but all was clean and functional. The parking at the hotel is free of charge. The breakfast was optional and I took it in the morning (very good).

The staff are friendly and warm-hearted for help. Rooms are clean and quite. Parking is easy and free. We have a car for travelling so location is not a problem for us.

Personally, the bed in the standard room is a little soft and not so comfortable.

The breakfast was above our expectations and very very good. Lots of things to choose from, including fruits.

At first I thought that the staff was non-flexible and 'tired', but giving 'hen' a day and a new chance, I changed my mind and it really improved. The overall impression was good. I especially liked that the staff was attentive and very friendly with kids.

Hotel was near to Sentrum. Staff was amazing they are available 24 * 7 and ready to help you. You can check in late night as well. Breakfast was good.
