The staff were wonderful, helpful, excellent English and delightful conversations made it memorable. The lobby area and seating was large, quiet and comfortable. Our dog was welcomed. Parking was easy, out the back and not busy when we visited in late September. O’Leary’s was a good choice one night for an easy dinner, even if not our fave restaurant (because of all the sports tvs!) BUT the food was good and we enjoyed it. Breakfast was served there—more convenience.

Not specifically ‘about the property’ but with out reservation through booking.com, we requested a specific room. On arrival at the property, we were told that the room we selected was not a ‘dog room’ and that the hotel knew this was an issue and had raised it with booking.com. So we were put in a smaller ‘dog room’ than we had reserved. That was a disappointment — but a reservation problem and both a hotel problem.

Location is right on the edge of the town, next door to the main bus terminal and the main taxi station, a short walk to great restaurants, shops and bars. Hotel has a good sports bar restaurant next door, which is part of the hotel, there is also a lovely spa in the hotel.

it was REALLY noisy at night and the rooms were very hot, no aircon, so having the window open was essential. Our room was on the front of the hotel and with the taxi rank right across from the hotel it meant there was a LOT of noise which went on until 3am most mornings. Best to ask for a room on the back of the hotel!

You get the feeling that this is a spa hotel as soon as you enter the lobby. Soft light, soft music, the scent. It's all a part of the spa experience. The spa on the fourth floor is cozy, comfortable, relaxing and the bar has refreshments like fruit, cakes, ice cream, salads and a full bar. Floating around in the heated, outside pool in the rain is something everyone should experience. We visit once a year for a mother-daughter trip and look forward to our next stay as soon as we come home.

Ask for a room in the back if you have a hard time sleeping. A sports pub, O'Leary, is in the same building and it can get loud at times.

Very good location. Cozy, clean hotel. Very nice Spa area with a very professional bartender and a beautiful view. Helpful and friendly staff.

Very dark in the room. It’s almost impossible to find your clothes in a closet. Good that my husband brought a headlight 😅 The mirror in the bathroom distorts the image, so good luck to the ladies putting on makeup. There is exactly the same food every morning with not so many choices of warm meals at breakfast buffet. So you get a bit tired of eating the same food every morning if you stay for a long time.

Location is very central, 1 min walk from airport bus stop. Very good sound proof (if not on Friday or Saturday night when the night club on the ground floor is open). Very good ventilation, no need to open windows when it is below zero outside. There was no kettle in the room, but on the ground floor there is a coffee machine with free coffee, tee and biscuits available 24 hr. The breakfast is excellent, including omelette, bacon, meatballs and sausages. Almost no pastries though, too unhealthy probably ))

The room was not cleaned well prior to our arrival - we found an empty sparkling wine bottle under the table. Would be better to find a full one ))

The hotel is clean, not the newest but still relatively elegant, it offers some nice extras, like sauna, sport-bar and a very pleasant lounge The kitchen was delicious, the included breakfast was rich. The staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Four stars for this hotel is a correct classification.

The only complaint is regarding the pillows.They have huge, brick-like pillows, these made every night a real struggle. We left the hotel more tired as we arrived. It would be useful to have some alternatives in the rooms for persons like us.

It was my second time choosing this hotel and they didn't dissapoint. It is a great stay where it's possible to have a relaxing evening after a travel to hit the road the next day. The facilities are wonderful, the room has everything you need and the staff is helpful as always. They have a grocery store nearby with many options to choose from and everything else is pretty close to the hotel.

The fact that it is NOWHERE written that you need a credit card in order to pay for anything that you might need. There is just no info. I came without my credit card with the intention to use only cash and that almost ruined my trip completely. Please make sure that you let your customers know that in Sweden you are literally... dead without a credit card :) Find a way to formulate this so that people understand.

The room was clean, large bed and really comfortable pillows (different sizes for different preferences). The staff are always helpful and friendly. The spa is beautiful and relaxing. The atmosphere around the hotel is calm and relaxed. Breakfast is really nice, and again, very relaxed.

I would love it if they offered room service, but I'm just nit picking. I don't have any negatives.

Very friendly staff. Very comfortable bed and room with super view. Loved the various lounge areas for relaxing with books or games and lots of coffee or tea available. Very lucky with parking - only one day could not park at hotel. Good choice of breakfast. O'Learys good for evening meals too. Very handy for supermarket and other restaurants.

The thumping noises from the nightclub until 3am on 4 nights of our stay has lowered the score. It was not music and earplugs (we were warned) made no difference. It was really ridiculous beating that reverberated through the body. I think if anybody had a pacemaker it would interfere with it! I am sure turning the bass down a couple of notches would have made a difference for us on the 3rd floor but not to anybody in the club. Very dimly lit in room. Lamp originally provided had no bulb but we were given a replacement lamp. Only small bathroom light available - the bar of 4 was not working and although reported on the first night was never sorted.
