Location was good (walking distance to Kungsgatan’s shops and Train station + grocery store on the same street and many restaurants near). We got late checkout +2 hours that we asked for. Breakfast was good. Loved the ”fluffy” bath towels & bathroom itself was modern. Had the ”small double room” which was enough for a newly wed couple.

Location was central, but a bit far to walk to the main tourist area. Breakfast offerings were good. Room was comfortable and a good size for 2 people.

The elevators seemed insufficient for a hotel with this much capacity. People were always waiting and crowding door area. We were fortunate to be on the second floor so we could walk up to our room. Also, the breakfast area seemed disorganized with people not being able to find what they wanted easily. The bar was short staffed, so it took us long time to get our cocktails. The prices for drinks were the highest we paid in all of Sweden, so seemed unreasonable. The bar stools were too high, hard to get onto and seemed tipsy (i wasn't). Very busy place, but expected for city hotel.

I really liked the price. Location was good, though if you want to go to Soedermalm, you will need to take metro. 30 mins walk to Gamla Stan. Supermarket next door. Entrance to the train station looks like the same building with the hotel. Good bathroom,.pretty new. Filter coffee available all the day round. Staff is helpful. Very nice design of the reception area, bar and restaurant.

Breakfast was really veried, but not tasty. The only tasty thing was granola and yoghurt. Eggs and pancakes where almost without taste. They were not bad, but also not really tasty. All way from elevator to the room was dirty. The carpet in the room was worn out. There is often a long line to elevators. The hotel is big, so you will be always in the crowd.

Great proximity to the metro station, lovely quiet street with shops and restaurants near by. Beautifully decorated, fantastic breakfast with wide variety of choice. Staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful.

Our room was very small, given the winter period we struggled a bit with space for coats etc. it would have been good to have a seated dressing area as a woman for doing makeup and hair. Our room heating was not working for some reason, however the staff quickly provided a heater for the room and an extra duvet.

Very nice hotel with beautiful, modern design. Excellent breakfast that completely exceeded my expectations. A wide selection, everything was delicious and fresh. Fruits were sweet, freshly pressed ginger-apple juice for a health boost during the cold season, and the chef prepared omelets right in front of the guests. Very polite and pleasant service. Cozy room and the bed had two pillows, one large and one little bit smaller one. The bathroom was stocked with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion from the Rituals brand.

Good location 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Stockholm,all and all nice,tidy and clean hotel.

Not possible to get an early breakfast on Saturday around 7AM so we've arranged to get lunch packages when we booked the hotel. In the morning they were not ready with packages on the reception so we had to wait little while and finally we got just a small sandwich and a juice each,they apologised they didn't have and yogurt to go with it. Pretty bad considering we've paid our stay there - breakfast included and we've could have get a better breakfast if we have bought it ourselves at any supermarket or 7/11.

We booked a deluxe Double room on the 7th floor, the highest one. Clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the City and its pictoresque rooftops. The room had everything you could ask for: kettle, tea, coffee, milk, free toiletries, slippers, bathrobe, hairdyer, free wi-fi, flat-screen TV, minibar. Breakfast included in the rate is fabulous in terms of quality, quantity and variety of food and drinks. Great location close to subway, to Central Station (10 minutes walk) and to Gamla Stan (15 minutes walk). I do recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to wonderful Stockholm 😃

I chose this hotel for the price and also it was walking distance to the train and airport bus stop. It was also right next door to the Radhuset metro. The foyer and reception area had a very modern feeling that I thought I had arrived at the wrong hotel. It felt like a 5 star upmarket hotel, and not one for the relatively reasonable price I'd paid for my four nights stay. The reception and other staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant and also a small selection of bar food in the evening. In the morning, the bar converts to a breakfast room with an amazing smorgasbord. In the vicinity there was also a variety of restaurants, and a popular ice cream shop, Kennys. Just a short walk also to the walking/cycle path alongside the river.

Breakfast buffet was another level compared to other countries I have visited. All types of breads, the usual cold selections of meats, cereals and the full English style including a nice man that made fresh omelettes for you. Salad bar and even Wok vegetables if that is your thing. Free tea and coffee in the lounge, complimentary bottle of wine in the room.

No tea and coffee in the room - I don't drink wine. I didn't have a mini bar in my room which I think was an oversight as I had the price list and the receptionist asked me if I had used it.

Really nice hotel in a lovely area of Stockholm. Breakfast was absolutely great, extensive and fresh. The room was good and clean too. Had the best Carbonara ever across the street at La Dolce Vita restaurant. Also super convenient that the metro stop is right at the corner.

Construction works started at 7am sharp with lots of knocking and drilling right above my room. The hotel had signs up to warn about it though but it definitely affected my stay (as I was also partly working from my room, which was almost impossible due to the noise). I found it also slightly disappointing that the onsite restaurant was closed on Sundays and Mondays, not something I would expect from a large chain hotel like this.
