Well appointed modern room, comfortable beds, good location. Parking house for very fair price next door. A fe steps from the compact center of town. Smart ambience - if you like the half-lit dark style in public spaces, halls and rooms that is fashionable at the moment in Scandinavia. Nice with a decent (Swedish priced though) bar in the entrance zone.

Breakfast the weakest part of the stay - nicely presented, but cheapest quality of each and every item available, esp. the bread was extremely poor, cold cuts and cheeese very limited too. Breakfast staff overwhelmed (might be due to the holiday season?). Sauna zone fresh and with great showers - promising heated pool, but only accessible by going outside, which you don't at minus 10 celsius.

Pets are allowed including at the breakfast as long as they're discreet. However not at the restaurant for dinner/lunch, but they can provide room-service-like-takeaway (no real room service but you get actual plates and cutlery as well as help carrying it to the room; so better than takeaway!) Restaurant had amazing food and the breakfast was to die for! Overall the staff was really helpful and friendly. Will likely book again.

Unfortunately Pets, no matter how small and quiet, are not allowed in the Restaurant which makes Lunch/Dinner a bit boring. On sunny days you are allowed to sit outside on the rooftop with your pet so that can be an alternative.

I did not like the racist staff man in the restaurant and he have make me and my family uncomfortable to eat our dinner,other staff was amazing and everything, because of that i will never go back again, because we are black but still human spend the same money like everyone else

Hotel is new. Everything looks nice and beautiful. Amazing breakfast. There is a Spa, but I have used just the Gym that is OK. The bed is wonderful. Location is quite conveniente

There is a restaurante on the floor 4.5. Food is really good, however, the service is a bit confused and the price is at high side. But food is very good!

I was on a roadtrip from Switzerland to northern Sweden to hunt northern lights, first night in Malmö, then a night at the Clarion in Sundsvall, brand new hotel, loved it, very lively in evening with music and bar and happy smiling people... a week later on my way back south I stopped again at the Clarion Sundsvall. Normally when I travel I choose every night another hotel to experience and see various types of hotels or cottages or guesthouses, but the Clarion I liked to much that I decided to stay there a 2nd time. Wonderful breakfast buffet and also the lighting / fabric / colours of the restaurant where breakfast is served. Simply a great way to start the day. Great interior architecture. A real pleasure to find this kind of hotel.

This hotel is one of the best option in Sundsvall. The hotel is quite new. The rooms are very clean and confortable. The breackfest is amazing. The gym is very good with lot of optins to exercice your body.

you have to pay for spa and swimming (extra charge). Monday is a day off. when we checked our room was dirty (dust everywhere, not my hair in the bathroom). the hotel changed our room when we asked for that. dinner in the restaurant on the roof was not tasty.

Nice and clean hotel with a beautiful interior in both the lobby area and our room. We also used the pool area (an additional cost, not included in room price) where the staff member was very kind and helpful.
