Breakfast selection was amazing, the reception staff was superb as was the barman. Pity the gym is way down in the basement and walk way to reach it not so pleasant to the eye. I would def recommend it.

If the gym was in a better location and all the staff smiled more. Breakfast staff taste juice in the morning before putting it to for the client to have, one morning this was fermented. Also there was one waiter that was touching the bread with his bare hands that is a real no, no...

Old world hotel, fabulous lobby, amazing old style bar, good breakfast. We had a loft room, super cool, the stars are a little tricky but such a cool room. 3 days there and could have stayed longer. Sundsvall is a beautiful city, this hotel is in the middle of it, there is good dining all around it.

The bar was closed Sunday and Monday, really disappointed but we bought some beer elsewhere and could sit in it which was almost as good as getting a good Scotch and enjoying it.

Centrally located, the hotel offered easily access to the heart of the city. We could enjoy leisurely strolls amidst captivating old architectures. The hotel was extremely elegant, with classy decor. The room was very clean, and great amenities were provided. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offered a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes.

Slippers and bathrobes were not provided in the room.

Love the decoration of the hotel,starecases and dining area.. Staff are helpful and pleasant… beds are comfortable… breakfast was ok and would fill most tastes..

It was promoted as noise proof room, but I could hear ppl walking ubove my room.. lack of parking or designated spots only for hotel is a bit a downside in my opinion.

Really beautiful hotel right in the middle of the city. Nice breakfast buffet. Cheap public parking garage nearby.

There was an alarm that went off, and when asking personel what to do they just replied "I don't know". Not until the receptionist starting guiding people did we know what to do. Luckily false alarm, but unnerving that all staff don't know how and where to guide people when the alarm goes off.

We really liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the interior design as well. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Location wise, i would say it was perfect for us because we went to our hotel from the central station which is only 15 minutes walking distance. Overall, it was a great experience and i would recommend others to stay at Elite Hotel Knaust if they are visiting Sundsvall.

We weren't very amazed by the breakfast buffet even though it was ok. Also, when we were taking a bath or shower the water was never hot enough but it was still tolerable.

Beautiful building, exceptionally nice staff.

Rooms are a bit dated and could have been cleaner. Hairs in the bathroom, poop stains in the toilet on arrival. We had a superior double room and a deluxe one. The deluxe one was so much better, newer beds and much bigger bathroom. Would choose the deluxe in the future!

We loved the hotel and for sure we will come back.

The only thing we didn't like was inside the bathroom. I needs a big cleaning because the tiles on the shower were orange and there was a lot of kalk. Also the shower door where the plastic is to stop the water from getting out was full with kalk and it was also very moldy. Therefore it needs a big cleaning.

Amazing breakfast with lots of choices, i especially liked the healthy choices, really nice Sauna and gym, great location, very comfy beds, super helpful staff, really quiet rooms

Nothing, everything was perfect

The breakfast was nice and good. Floor heating in the bathroom.

We asked for separate beds but the beds were only 80cm wide. Pushed together it is 160cm but separately it wasn't wide enough to sleep comfortably. We also got a room with a disability bathroom, which is not really a problem but also not as comfortable.
