Nice coastal location, close to the water. Helpful staff, overall clean and modern facilities. Big breakfast buffet with a lot of different choices - and a separate station with gluten free options. Spa facilities were good, and not overcrowded - and a fair price of 470 SEK per person.

It was noted before we booked, that our room only had a 140cm bed, and that was okay, but there was only one duvet which was also only 140cm X 200cm - a bit small for two adults.

Perfect location at the beach and for us right on the Kattegatleden. Bike store in a locked room in the basement easily accessed by a lift. Super comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. If you can get a good deal as we did, it is well worth the money. Staff on reception were all very helpful and welcoming. Dinner was good though on the pricey side but to be expected at this venue.

Nice location, superb breakfast, very cozy rooms with bath tubs! Carpe Diem beds are amazing, you sleep like in a cloud, wonderful! Easy parking, access to the spa for extra pay if you choose to go. Restaurant is open until quite late, possible to have a good dinner after a long trip.

It was quite cold in the room and there was no way to make it warmer. Windows are old and made of wood, quite useless considering really windy sea-side weather.

The room was very comfy, fantastic breakfast. Unfortunately, didn't have a chance to use spa but would guess it was great as well. Beautiful location but parking has to be paid.

Too little time allowed for kids to be at spa therefore we didn't have a chance to try it. Parking is paid which could be for free as the hotel was not that cheap.

Lovely room overlooking the sea. Facilities were excellent. Staff were most welcoming, food was delicious both evening meal and breakfast. The spa was amazing, but the sauna ritual followed by the dip in the sea was exceptionally magical! We were greeted like friends, treated like honoured guests and altogether made to feel very welcome. I can’t wait to come back.

Room ready at check-in, good parking facilities, easy to book a dinner in restaurant and snacks available. Nice restaurant with observant staff and good cooking. Nice to sit outside with a drink after dinner, The hotel is situated close to the sandbeach and that makes a good feeeling of summer. The view from the room was also exciting. We booked a SPA-treatment and that was better than we thought.

It is always nice with a minibar. I miss tomatojuice at breakfast.

Good location next to the beach. Bedroom was comfortable with pleasing decor. Some interesting and stylish objects d’art around the entrance and reception area.

The bathroom was much too small and the shower over the bath was not comfortable or effective. I think it would be better to forget the bath and have a decent shower. Breakfast was like the first day at the sales. We had a time slot of around 45 minutes and everyone arrived at the same time. Not nearly enough staff in the dining room to cope with things constantly running out. One very grumpy young girl added to the unpleasant experience. In all the other hotels we stayed in people came to breakfast when they wanted and it was much more peaceful.

The look and ambiance of the room and hotel is quite nice and the new spa is quite lovely as well but I would prefer the hot tubs to be a bit warmer than 36°C personally. The massages we got at the spa were really great. The location right by the sea is also beautiful.

The restaurant was really disappointing however, the menu was limited and the food we got wasn’t very good. The breakfast was also nothing special.

Beautiful hotel with nice wellness. Located at the sea side but away from the city. Nice breakfast with lots of choice.

Very noise. Every morning at 4:45 somebody was shuffling furniture. Room were rather small and a bit outdated.

Great location, Spa and lovely 45 minute walk into Varberg.

Check in and bar/ restaurant a little chaotic. May have been due to conference and extra number of people there. Having said that the women in the Badhuset (Sauna) and the Spa were excellent.
