Good location to catch River Cruises. The one staff person was friendly and personable. The room was good with far more than we needed (like a reasonably equipped small kitchen) for one night.

The check-in process was obnoxious. Perhaps we missed how to put in all the info on-line but entering lots of information but typing on a tablet keyboard is at best frustrating. The bedroom was pleasant although the bed was on a platform so you were effectively sleeping on a mattress on the floor.

I have booked the Deluxe Queen Studio for a week. It is spacious. They have room cleaning everyday which is good. The bathroom is very well lit and the washing basin is spacious. There are lots of storage in the room. The chair for the desk is comfortable. Their staff is nice and helpful, the front desk, the cleaning staff and the repairman. All are professional and nice. It makes a difference.

It may be better if the sofa has cushions. Somehow the sofa is not comfortable and I rarely sit on it. The kitchen has too few utensils. The working chair is nice but not the working desk. It is too narrow. The light at the bedside is too dark.

Loved the interior wooden design, the storage options and the large window. It was very quiet and clean. Only stayed for one night, but could imagine staying for weeks or months!

Minor detail: I found the light switches to be confusing. Other than that: Location is good and quiet, but not necessarily central. However not a massive problem for Basel, everything is easily accessible.

Excellent location, facilities and service. Kenita on reception was really friendly and helpful, plus she makes great coffee. All the staff were great. They also upgraded my room which I appreciated.

Basel can get hot in the summer and so can the rooms. My tip would be to keep the curtains and windows closed on a hot day.

location was perfect. nearby is a small mall where grocery shops are avaliable and some restaurants. bus station just few steps away. the facility itself is nice and clean and contained everything I needed. checkin and checkout was seamless easy process.

The paid breakfast is extremely expensive for what it is. However, it's an apartment, so there should be no need for it. Needs a table tennis table.

The property is really cool - there is plenty of desk space including a mini office and printers, plus you can read any of the books that are available on the shelves. There is also a very small gym and some ironing/ washing facilities.

They offer bar snacks and some breakfast, but the food menu is limited to pizza and muesli with only a few other bits. would be nice to have a bit more choice!

We stayed in the cheapest apartments. For Basel the price is ok, not cheap. We've been there for a concert of Ritchie Hawtin and enjoyed the close proximity of Ariv, meet many people going to the same concert and all agreed that the anonymity and calmness of Ariv is pretty cool. You got help when needed quickly but you didn't have to talk to too many people :) The coffee down at the bar is awesome and served by very nice people.

It would be great if the windows could be opened fully. Some people just don't get along with ACs for extended period of time (like me).

Loved everything about it. The studio’s are spacious, well equipped, all facilities are present and very good wifi connections. Everything a person travelling for work could wish for.

Nothing really. There was a slight technical failure with the check-in, but one phonecall and it was solved.

Comfortable bed. Lots of storage. Well appointed kitchenette. Also, separate areas for working, cooking and washing similar to a co-working space or dorm.

Though the room has a 'cooling' system the room remained hot making our stay a little uncomfortable. The nights we stayed there, there was construction on the road outside the room until 2am
