Super hotel! Great room decor - purple ceiling, light green walls, wood floor, black cupboards and bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Friendly efficient staff. Breakfast with yummy French toast made with sour cream and fresh berries. No real restaurant but they can serve a selection of light snacks including delicious flammkuchen. Amazingly quiet despite the busy location. A bit out of the way with no recommended restaurants nearby but with a tram stop right outside and well worth the slight inconvenience - and they compensate by giving a free tram and bus pass for the duration of your stay. Highly recommended!!! AND they have bicycles you can use for free and free coffee, tea and cakes (almost) all day!!

Very friendly and available staff. Hotel very well located, close to the center and the metro. Although my stay did not include breakfast, fruit, coffee, tea and some cakes were provided free of charge, which we greatly appreciated. We loved the completely free access to bicycles, which were the means of transport used to get to know the city.

The size of the double bed could be improved, which is small by normal standards

The hotel is very soulful, as if you were at home. The room is very clean and beautiful, moderately warm. The staff is very pleasant. Breakfast is very tasty, you can cook yourself an egg or order a choice (omelet, pancake and glaze), delicious croissants and smoothies. They give free tea (very tasty tea), coffee and homemade pastries and more fruit all day. It warms the soul to come after the cold, go to the hotel and drink tea with mango

Fruit am coffees are provided free of cost to the guests and it is available 24/7. Further late check in was also very comfortable and hassle free. We checked in late night at around 23:30

I think Washrooms need to be redesigned. There should be bath tubs or a properly covered shower area.

The staff was extremely helpful. We went to an event where 8,000 people came from 80 different cities around the world, and we finished the first day late so theirs restaurant was already closed but they made us grilled sandwiches. So very much appreciated, they made our stay very comfortable. Oh, and they gave us a piece of biscuit each day on our pillows 🥰🥰

Great money-to-value ratio (as per Swiss standards :-)) - the hotel is conveniently located, the personnel was very friendly and the breakfast was tasty.

In some rooms (like mine) you can't open window so in conjunction with the lack of the A/C makes room difficult to regulate the temperature. Other than that - I was very satisfied with my stay.

We have 2 rooms for me and my family. The rooms were very clean. We got our rooms very early although the normal check in time was 3pm. Their breakfast was excellent. Lots of varieties and good quality food. They provided fruits throughout the day and light snack in the afternoon. They even provided bottle waters in the room. The restaurant staffs were super friendly. The location was very convenient, right in front of the tram station and also very close to bus stations.

I loved the room, was clean and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and they helped me to explore the city.

The price on booking was not the same aa I paid on desk. I paid extra 50€ than the amount on booking.

The breakfast was excellent, fresh and with lots of options. The room was very clean and spacious. The destination is also great as there are bus/train stations and supermarkets nearby.

The main light switch was not very practical; you could not turn on the bathroom light without turning on the headlight as well. Traveling with a kid, that was inconvenient.

Instead of soap the were two body lotions in the bathroom. The shower gel quality could be higher.
