Staff were amazing! Rooms were not like those pictured and much darker but fine, it’s Switzerland so the prices are very high for what you get. Underground parking was great but the key system other the ‘interesting’ seemed very controlling. You could only have the parking key or your room key, not both? Why? Didn’t get the breakfast as it was overpriced for the offering they had, luckily we checking in early and saw it before paying the 12-15 francs they wanted for it. It not in Zurich but close to the airport and my daughter and we were traveling during the world bike championships so suspect it impacted the prices.

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the brand-new beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was awesome, much better than we have had in similar sized hotels in the past.

The system with the two separate keys, one for the room and one for the reception door and garage, was a bit weird. If we wanted to take the elevator to the underground garage, we had to stop at the reception level, change keys, and then continue with the elevator. And the same when we returned. It was a minor inconvenience, but an inconvenience, nonetheless.

We stayed in the family room. There were plenty of space for our family of 4. There is a bedroom on the first floor and two single beds on the second floor. Also, there was a big family room with a couch and dinner table and huge terrace with nice view. There is a small kitchenette with all you might need for a short stay. We only spent one night but we would definitely recommend this room for a longer stay. There are plenty of free parking spaces. The facility is clean and everyone at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

We like vthe location. most of all the manager and host Mr. Ali was the most cultured and knowledgeable young man who was very caring and accommodating of all our needs. He allowed us very early check in as my wife had to do a online conference early. If we ever go there again I would go to this motel just to see how this young man is progressing in his venture. He also arranged reliable transport within the city and finally our drop off to the airport.

The lighting in the dining area a bit too dim . This is not going to be a factor as he is on a massive renovation plan.

The welcoming staff. Recognizing we were tired travellers, they made check-in easy, and made a reservation for dinner for us. At dinner, many items were sold out from a busy day, but they helped us find a solution that was appropriate. Although the wait time to get our meals was lengthy, we enjoyed our time. The food was excellent, as was the limoncello!

It was hot in our suite, and we struggled to find outlets for our phones to be charged, and even to plug in lamps (at least two lamps were provided, with no outlet to plug them into).

The owner was very helpfull and polite, allowed late checking. The hotel is close to the Zurich airport, 15 mins by car. The room is spacious and clean, it is equiped with the kettle, coffee machine, mini bar. The beds are huge and comfy.

We stayed in the family room, unlike other rooms in the hotel, it cannot be accessed by the elevator, must take stairs. It should be also noted out that it faces a street.

Ali is the best guy I met in Switzerland, very very helpful. The hotel is super clean and the mattresses are super comfortable. Always hot water. Free parking (with underground parking). Also Ali upgraded my room to a room with big balcony because I smoke. 5 out of 5. See you next year.

Lovely hotel, good location. Excellent connection to both the airport and the city center. Everything is as in the description of the hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious, ours had a small balcony with a view on the yard. Very clean. Large enough parking, free for guests. Staff were rvery friendly, always available. All recommendations.

Everything was great.

My wife and I travel a lot. and stayed in different types of hotels. We visited our son who lives close to the hotel and he made the booking for us. Upon arrival, we received from the staff and management a very sincere kind, and warm welcome. The room was super big, very clean, with a client-orientated interior and comfortable beds to sleep well. In nowadays service is often disregarded, we can truly say, the service in the hotel was in all aspects 10 out of 10 it was a positive atmosphere and the smiling and friendliness of the staff represented their true hospitality. My original room was upgraded to apartment size, spacious, clean, comfy beds, good shower and with balcony. The services and assistance from The Manager (Mr. Ali), the housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were very excellent, nice, helpful and very friendly. This hotel is located not far from Zurich City and has free car parking.
