The location is perfect. It is close enough to the train station that walking is about 7 minutes. We chose the bus and it dropped us off less than a block from the hotel. The room is exactly as described. It was clean and everything worked. We enjoyed the balcony to sit a watch the area. The roll down shutters were nice since they darkened the room and made sleeping-in easier. There is a restaurant below. Breakfast is served there. It looked very nice but we didn't get a chance to stop in. The old area is a block one direction and shopping is about a block in the other direction. The hotel has been under new management and a new owner for a year. He is very friendly and has the enthusiam to keep the hotel as beautiful and better. The elevator was nice and useful especially when we arrived.

Super new, everything extremely nice. The service was excellent: It is a self-checkin place and the day I was arriving I had not yet completed it. They kindly contacted me just to make sure all was fine, and also gave me parking tips. Thank you!

Parking is not super easy. In the evening (I think after 8pm?) the metered spots are free until 7am the next morning, then I think you'll have to move your car, and the spots are 2hr max. Very nice hotel, clean and well located. The host is very kind, available and responsive to our needs. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back when in Biel.

The hotel was very well situated at the city center and close to the old town of Biel. The room was very clean and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and we will definitely visit again!

Noisy location, especially in the summer when the windows must be opened. Some cigarette smoke from below restaurant can drift in through the windows.

Value! Our oldest lives in Biel. We visit often. Our previous lodging choice was significantly more expensive. The location is virtually the same, within 2 blocks

The owner made sure to let me know I could contact him for anything before or during my stay. Check-in was simple, the bed comfortable and everything clean.

Ground floor a bit dusty due to ongoing work (but this is obviously temporary) No coffee, only tea :(

The location was right in the city center. Tye room size is very big with an amazing balcony view. The host is very warm and friendly and caring, making me feel like home. Definitely I will be a return guest.
