The location of the hotel is near to the train station, we reached Zermatt, Gspon and Chur while we left our car in the hotel parking with no fee. Our room was a huge apartment we could see the town every direction. I liked especially, that there is a window in the bathroom. Everything was clean and well prepared. The hosts are really friendly. The restaurant is exceptional, we stayed every night there on the terrace.

The hotel, though not spacious, pays great attention to detail, and the service staff were exceedingly warm and hospitable. The breakfast was generous and varied. Our room was sizable and impeccably clean, in fact, it was the cleanest we've encountered during our trip. Although the hotel is relatively close to the station, it proved to be slightly farther than convenient for us traveling with young children.

Location very close to the old town but also quiet, coffee machine in the room, good breakfast buffet, tasty coffee, friendly staff, bike storage inside, small but functional room.

No wellness - I thought it's a standard in 4* hotels. No air conditioning - it would help a lot during very hot days and nights.

Location was only a couple blocks from the train station and Bahnhofstrasse where there are lots of shops and restaurants. The staff is professional and available for questions. The hotel has a restaurant serving typical Swiss cuisine and has a daily menu in addition to the regular menu. By Swiss standards it was reasonably priced and excellent.

Pleasant traditional hotel with very good, attractive restaurant. Welcoming and helpful front desk. Conveniently located at 200 m. from Brig train station on a quiet street. Good value for money.

Breakfast could be better. There is very limited option for warm food and some times there is no eggs available. I had to ask for extra eggs. Window was open when entering the room and it was very cold. I have to put the heater to maximum to warm up the room.

The staff was excellent! The location very easy to get to - lots of stores around and the Train station at walking distance.

A kettle in the room would be nice and make it more comfortable.

Only one main cup for coffee so if you wanted tea as well that was difficult. Bit crowded in the room itself. Small range of hot food.
