This hotel has opened only a few months ago, so everything was quite new! All the staff was very friendly during our stay. The breakfast is amazing, with plenty of options and good quality products! The hotel is not located in the city centre, but it's near many bus stops and it is 10 min away from the tram station. The area is very calm and it's in a good neighbourhood. The rooms are very big, well decorated and very well equipped. It has everything that is necessary for short or long stays.

The cleaning service doesn't work everyday, only every 3 days. I think this is good option for longer stays, but for short ones is just not enough in my opinion...

Loved it..!! Rooms- clean and comfortable loved the breakfast - lot of options eggs, sausages, hash browns, bacon, beans,salad, fruits, different type of breads, waffles, pan cakes, crepes ,dry fruits, juices, different type of cereals and many more. Tea/ coffee available 24 hours at the lobby. Staff - very nice. Always ready to help.

The cleaning schedule was a little confusing. Breakfast was average and routine. Location not near public transport. It was expensive by taxi or uber. No restaurants nearby because located near school and residence.

The fact that the cleaning of the rooms is done every third day and not everyday.

We assumed because it’s a 4 star hotel that rooms would be cleaned, however we were told cleaning is only done every 3 days which surprised us a bit. I think it would’ve been much better to have cleaning done more regularly. Also, we were charged 22 Swiss francs to buy an adapter, whereas previous hotels I’ve stayed at have lent one during the stay incase you forget one.

Clean and good location in close proximity of almost everything. Staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is good with variety of preferences. I liked the kitchen area which is a good option for a quick warm meal if you don’t have time to go to a restaurant.

The staff was friendly, the room was spacious, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was also good, although there was no orange juice. It takes about 20 minutes to downtown by bus. There is also a supermarket and shopping mall about a 10-minute walk away, which was very convenient.

The facilities are new, but I was disappointed that the bathroom mirror was not a fog-free mirror.

What an excellent property that has been newly completed only 3-4 months ago. Located about 30 mins walk from town in a lovely leafy part and has all the amenities you’d want. Fantastic breakfast and perfect sized gym. And it has its own kitchen area if you want to cook. Highly recommend if you want some peace and quiet at the end of a day of sight seeing or working.

Everything was new like recently built, very clean, friendly staff, good quality infrastructure and very good breakfast.

Maybe a bit far from city center with not much to do around, but there is public transport like tram nearby.
