The rooms are stunning. Brilliant location. Loved the fireplace in our room. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Great room service and food. Absolutely love this place. The breakfast is simple but has everything you need. Great to see healthy options for kids and no junk food. The staff are very friendly and always offering to help.

The swimming pool was cold. Needs to be heated especially in winter Their ski room could be presented nicer. It’s a bit shabby.

We were overjoyed at arriving at this hotel after our previous hotel was such a letdown. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room we booked was enormous, modern and had everything we could have wished for. The view from our balcony overlooking the river was splendid and peaceful. The pool at the spa was lovely and I timed it perfectly to have it all to myself on my visits. The hotel is located in a perfect spot for exploring. Breakfast was full of choices and very plentiful. The major letdown for us was the restaurant for the evening meals, which was just food served in the bar area and the veggie burger was a real letdown. We would have thought that a hotel of this standard would have offered a bit of fine dining in the evening and is a real missed opportunity. Such a shame we couldn’t enjoy dinner at the hotel and had to book elsewhere.

We didn’t like the fact that dinner was only offered in the bar area and didn’t offer a great choice of dishes.

We arrived in pouring rain but the warm welcome we received at reception made us feel instantly glad we booked this hotel - it's amazing! The rooms are large but cosy and the pine scented toiletries smelt So good! It felt like Christmas in June! The food at the restaurant is delicious and the staff are super attentive and friendly. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant and they were possibly our favourite meals in Switzerland. The spa was perfect for our wet weather day in Klosters. I would 100% stay here again!

The WiFi could be a bit slow at times

The hotel is great. Very convenient, comfortable and clean. The alpine decor is so beautiful. The prices are high but it was worthy. The staff could be nicer. One example, I asked the person in the front desk how to get to Jacobshorn which is one of the Klosters ski areas and I got a wrong answer. That was not very disappointing.

The rooms are beautiful, a real Chalet feeling with the authentic furniture. Location is just perfect close to the train station, shops and restaurants and also the ski lift. Beautiful walks nearby. It was snowing so it was just the perfect place to be at Christmas time.

I was really happy with everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The stuff was very kind and helpful. The hotel room was big and wel equipped. 5 min walking from the cable car.

The pool in the wellness was a bit cold and the jacuzzi was out ot order. The pillows in the bed were not very comfortable.

This hotel has been our most favourite during our stay in Switzerland. Simply because of the warm welcoming staff and impeccably designed rooms with all facilities. Spacious and clean with great quality furnishings, there were no faults to spot. The highlight of our room was the balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains and riverside.

Good sized room with nice decor. Lovely pool and spa area. Good Finnish sauna. Breakfast was small but tasty, had all you need. Good options for parking, either in the hotels garage (CHF 20) or a special parking permit from the hotel (CHF 10), which you can use for all public parking in Klosters. Public bus stops right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for going around without a car.

The sofa bed for the kids was a bit uncomfortable. The shower head in the room was not the best.

We had a room upgrade for free which was very pleasant, as the room we ended up in was very spacious. Over all the room has a nice and warm atmosphere and you immediately feel "at home". The spa area is also nice and we enjoyed it a lot. Overall the staff in the Hotel is very friendly and helpful.

The pool area unfortunately is quite noisy as there were a lot of families with children so you better find a quite space in the separate spa area if you want to wind down and relax :) With the level of Hotel and the price range we would have expected higher quality in the food in the Restaurant as well as for the Breakfast choices (e.g. more regular refill of empty things etc.)

We liked the nice and cosy room. We like the attention they had for children: for the cot, for changing and bathing. In the restaurant, the personnel was always very attentive to our baby's needs. There was also a dedicated playroom for children with lots of toys. The restaurants had a very good menu, offering local specialities. The pool/sauna area was big enough, warm, clean and modern. Klosters was a nice peaceful destination, perfect for a family.
