Location excellent, staff superb, breakfast in restaurant round corner was superb

Lots of noise early morning from the market setting up

The size of the room and bathroom were very nice. The hotel staff was really kind and always willingness to help providing us with charger adapter and luggage storage service at our early check-in and check-out. Some good facilities were the mini fridge and the coffee machine. Best of all was the location right in front of the Chapel Bridge, lot of restaurants, bars, shopping streets and near to the train station.

I would not recommend a fat or really tall person to stay in this hotel because the shower is really small, my boyfriend is 1.77 meter height and 78 kg weight and he was struggling a little. In addition, the pillows were not so comfortable and highly note that the room does not count with A/C we went during May, which is Spring and the fan was okay for us, but I would not imagine myself during summertime.

Location right by the river but without view to it. Less than 10min on foot from central station. Room nicely decorated, deserves the "boutique" qualification. Room on the small side but with rather high ceiling. Rather quiet, but...

At 602AM woken up by the roar of the very loud street cleaning machines: a typical feature of German Switzerland! No view as said, a bit claustrophobic on the 1st floor because the streets are narrow and the houses 5-6 storey. Room on the small side.

Excellent location. Welcoming staff. Room nicely refurbished - design-led but not at the expense of comfort. Nespresso machine with milk in the fridge. Good shower. Fluffy towels. Comfortable bed. Nothing serious to.complain about at all, especially at the price.

Could have used a power socket on the desk. Noise - chatter from the waterfront restaurants nearby.- late into the evening on a warm night; you could deal with that by shutting the windows, but that makes the room a bit hot. That's a price you pay for the location, though.

Excellent location in old town Lucerne, within walking distance from main train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our coffee machine was faulty, but the problem was sorted out quickly and efficiently by the staff at the reception desk - they provided us with an electric kettle and complimentary coffee from the restaurant until the machine was in working order again.

What a fabulous place ideally located in the old town 5 minutes from the train station really close to the Riverside and very easy to find. The reception staff were extremely helpful and we were allowed to check in early we had a lovely room very comfortable and slept very well. We followed the advice from the reception staff which if I'm honest was better than tourist info. They have 2 restaurants I would advise booking as we didn't think to so had a little wait but it was worth it.We had an incredible weekend much of it thanks to great advice from reception loved the decor and atmosphere will definitely stay again.

Nothing it was fantastic

Fantastic location. 5mins walk from central station, few meters from the bridge and Reuss river. We have room with balcony and view to Reuss river with the beautiful turquoise color of the water. Highly recommended!

Bathroom is quite compact. But the hotel is in the old town so it is understandable.

Good location in the centre. We arrived in the weekend and on saterday there was a nice market next to the water where the hotel is located. That was a nice surprise. We also liked that there was a restaurant in the hotel.

Parking place is a bit further but still ok. It is not so clear to get with the car at the hotel due to the restrictions for cars there and we decided after some attempts to just go to the parking place and walk with our luggage to the hotel.

Location was superb. In old town, walking distance to the train station and next to restaurant. You do not need a car. You can do everything on foot. We have a bonus a patio with partial river view

Room 101 has stairs to the bathroom and it was dangerous

I liked the location of this hotel. It's located in Old Town and very close to the train Station. It has multiple restaurants and stores around. You can walk to most places. Leo at the front desk helped us with a special request that help make our stay comfortable.

The only thing we missed was a microwave but understand that it not be needed for everyone.
