Staff at reception desk super friendly and committed, room very comfortable, beds were super. We had a room at the quiet side of the hotel which was great, since the road in front can be quite busy. On-site "general Asian food" restaurant is very convenient and offers a broad selection, good quality, nice place. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay in the old centre of a beautiful town, at a stone's trow distance from where the boats depart.

Not meant as complaint since we knew all of this in advance and it's all not really important: no on-site parking - the parking garage with places reserved for the hotel is a short walk away; no walk-in shower, but in bathtub (good anti-slip though, so safe enough); road in front quite busy; and high prices although justifiable in this area.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, so close to the old town. the lake and to bars and restaurants. The train station is front is a big bonus as well. Very nice and helpful staff. A very nice choice during breakfast.

I made a tea with the coffee machine in the room, there was some water left in the plastic container at the back of the machine. This container must have a crack or something because when I got up in the morning the desk was full of water. I also couldn't make any of the foreign tv channels work. I also wasn't aware that, as a guest, I had access to a nearby gym. A colleague told me this information was in the website but it would be a nice idea to have that explained as well during check in.

The room was immaculate ( in almost new condition). Breakfast was very good and the buffet had a good selection of hot food, breads, cheese, meat, juices etc. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location.

The room had no toiletries or tea/coffee making facilities but these were provided after being pointed out to the desk staff. The beds were good but the pillows were not very comfortable and the TV lacked channels in anything other than German (except for 1 or 2).

The breakfast was good. The asian restaurant was excellent. The location couldn't have been better, right opposite the train station and very close to restaurants and the quay from whence the boats departed.

Not being able to offer a room with a proper walk in shower (because apparently all of the rooms have shower over bath). The shower was not well located over the small bath (in the centre and not at one end.... very strange and difficult to use). Hopeless for anybody with even slight mobility problems

Hotel is located just opposite the train station and next to the touristic area with many restaurants and nice atmosphere . Room was nice with double bed. Breakfast was very nice with good varaiety of things to choose from.

My room was at the end of the corridor and WIFI was not strong enough. I was given a LAN cable but this connection did not work.

Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, but little bit less choice than expected. Location is really good, in the city center, just across the main train station. Garage in the vicinity of the hotel, with access only for the hotel guests.

Unfortunately we stay during reconstruction, so there was noise a little bit earlier than expected.

Room service, almost everything is clever built, positioned and usable in multiple ways. Outside location is a great mix of beautiful views, nature, culture (old and modern city) and easy access for most needs.

Hotel building is currently in state of ongoing restoration, meaning that during the day very loud noises within room are present. Advice: ask beforehand to get an optimal room or stay outside during the day. Remark: This is just temporary and thus not included in my rating.

I have no complaints. Very clean. Very friendly staff as you first walk in. It is across from the train station which was wonderful and convenient. Everyone was notch! The girls and guys at the desk greeted you and drew put maps on places to see. 5 star for us.

Absolutely nothing!

Amazing location. Our special requests about the room were all fulfilled. Room clean, quiet and comfortable. Great staff, helpful and professional. Good breakfast included and very friendly staff at our service and paying attention that the buffet was taken care in a clean way. Our stay was 1 night but will come back for longer as soon there is a chance.

We got woken up at 8 by builders Renovating the room above us then at 9 with drills and this on a Saturday, they should really inform you when you book because we would have stayed somewhere else.
