We have stayed here several times before and really enjoy ourselves each time. The staff and management are all friendly and helpful and make you feel welcomed. Facilities and rooms are perfect along with the breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet uses a lot of locally sourced fresh products which cuts down on plastic and waste packaging which is important to us.

You would have to be a bit miserable to find faults with the Belvair

Very good location in town and immediately in front there is the sports bus for the ski lift. Friendly staff and good views from the room. Nice design of the hotel and very comfortable beds.

The Thermal Baths have water which is too cold, huge disappointment. Also, all the bubbles work for only a few minutes at a time and then shut off again for a few minutes. So annoying. In general the thermal baths are really disappointing compared to other thermal baths in Switzerland. The skiing area in Scuol is not very big, and around the middle station it gets incredibly busy with the skiing courses, parents and kids. Try to avoid that area.

Great location in the heart of Scuol, with direct connection to Bogn Engiadina. Good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Guest card allowed us access to local trains, buses and cable car connection to mountain paths diring our stay.

We have had an absolutely fantastic week staying in this this hotel. Family friendly but with respect to various age groups. Hotels takes care and offers various activities for its guests on daily basis. So if you are not a skier, there is always something to do. Reach breakfast and brilliant dinner for adults and kinder buffet for kids. There are strong COVID measures. Definitely recommend for short and long stay.

Very new and clean. You can get to the pool area through the lift and corridors. The staff were kind and friendly.

Possibly the most I've ever paid for a 3* hotel. If you book with booking.com (and probably any other site) the price includes a surcharge of 10 CHF per person per night - so skip booking.com and book direct for exactly the same room with exactly the same terms. There was also an 'eco tax' added to the bill without my knowledge in addition to the expected 'tourist tax' The sofa-bed was only a single rather than what looks like a double in the picture. No TV in this 'extra living area' which is essentially just a small room where you can leave your suitcase and hang your clothes. There's no living to be done there. Breakfast was also disappointing for the price.

I was told that everyone new that the pool wouldn't be open, thus they didn't disclose it when I bought the stay. But just as several facilities were available to hotel guests (such as restaurants, gym, sauna), I thought that the pool would also be open to (only) hotel guests (otherwise they would disclose it). This was the main reason I bought these tickets and without that the price of the stay was unreasonably high.
