The location was perfect, close to shops, bars and restaurants and five minutes walk from the historic centre. The underground car park, shared with the adjacent Coop was very useful and reasonably priced but access was rather tight. The hotel room was good but lacked air conditioning. The fan provided was certainly needed! The buffet breakfast served in the ground floor restaurant was excellent. Reception, cleaning and, particularly, restaurant staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The reception area on the second floor is seedy and unattractive. It badly needs refurbishment and gives a first impression of the hotel which it does not deserve.

It was good value for money in a great location for us. The room was comfortable and quiet. Staff we very friendly and efficient. Parking was very practical as it was under the hotel. Breakfast was served in a comfortable room by a very friendly member of staff. There was something for everyone.

There is nothing to complain about. We're not going to get a 5 star hotel for a 3 star price. We got a good 3 star hotel which is what we were expecting.

The staff (Renauld) at the hotel made wonderful efforts that saved the day for us 😁! The trains from Sion to Parma, Italy (our next destination) were completely sold out because of work being done on the tunnels. Renauld was able to find a longer train route (through Locarno, ~7hours) that allowed us to make our way to Parma successfully. Although the connection time in Locarno was only 4 minutes, and we had to go upstairs to a different station, we were able get aboard the RE train to Milan successfully. Because the trip crossed the Switzerland-Italy border, it was not possible to purchase the tickets on the internet or the app. He was able to determine the correct train schedule for us (while we were able to enjoy hiking the Bisse du Torrent-Neuf: the main reason we came to Sion!), and left instructions on how to obtain the train tickets upon our return to Sion train station. The hotel facilities are Ok, clean, and are about a 10 minute walk from the train station. Their restaurant does serve a reasonable Fondue Bourguignon. Again, thank you 🙏 Renauld so very much!!!

The location of the hotel was great as shops, restaurants and business were close by within easy walking distance. The room was comfortable and always well cleaned . It represented good value for money.

it is located at the center, easy to access to shops and restaurants, it is not far to the train station, too. love that kettle and coffee provided in the room, it is quite essential in winter.

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. As well, this was a wonderfully central location to enjoy historic Sion.

The property only had two twin beds available, which is an odd option to us. As well, the lobby was upstairs so it was difficult to get oriented initially without sufficient signage to guide us.

Location was excellent. Room was very clean and spacious. Lovely restaurant downstairs specialising in fondue.

Very central, excellent value for money. Big room, with hot water kettle. Room and bathroom were clean. Wifi worked well and room was quiet

The facilities are a bit older, but there is all you need for a comfortable stay.

The room was big and had nice extras like a coffee maker and free water in the lobby. The receptionist was really nice and helpful, even in the last minutes of his shift. Great location, close to best restaurants in town and sights to see!

Quite a good stay, only 10 minutes from the railway station and really close to the restaurants and the local castle. The breakfast was quite good, fresh bread and lots of fruits. The room is equipped with a safe, fridge and a coffee machine, really nice.

The coffee served during the breakfast was really bad. Other than that, nothing to complain about really.
