If anyone ever gets the idea to design a “self check-in” hotel, they should take a look at this one—everything here just worked perfectly. I stay in hotels frequently, but this one truly impressed me. It was all in the details. The best towels I’ve had in ages. A fantastic breakfast. And a hardworking, kind soul who greeted me with a smile at seven in the morning. Absolutely wonderful. I’ll definitely be staying at this hotel on my future trips to and from Spain.

Clean business hotel. It has a clean room, a better than average fitness and a good breakfast. It was a little walk from the station, but doable. This is one of the better hotels in Wil.

It is very remote. The rooms towards the backside are not really a nice location. All is quiet and no problem there, just it does not make you happy to look at an industrial area. It is to remote to walk through the city at night, which limits your diner options when you do not have a car.

I loved the hotel. Will definetly stay there again and I recommend it to anyone traveling in Wil. The breakfast was wonderfull, also for possibilities for fasting/vegan/vegetarian diet, they had the most lovely forest fruits you can imagine. The cheese selection was also great. I also liked the coffee/tea facilities in the room. The bed is confortable and I slept very well and woke up rested. It's a great place to stay.

Easy self checkin/out, free parking, beautiful room with fridge and comfortable bed, nice balcony. Super modern bathroom. Friendly and helpful professional staff. All day access to water / coffee and amazing breakfast every morning! Several fresh fruits, highest quality products organized and prepared for the guests at 5*+++ level. Many many thanks!

Staff was very nice, everything was very clean, great breakfast! Rooms had everything you would want, check in is very easy with the self check in station. Great value and great stay!

Blankets were very small but fine, location isn't ideal but still within walking distance of the train station so overall still great value!

The room was really nice, very modern and clean. There was a capsule coffee machine and asmall balkony with sitting area and to enjoy first coffee in the morning. I liked that signing in to the hotel was through self-service machine. Handling it was very easy. Breakfast was super, berries were great.

When the window was opened at night then there was too much noise because near hotel someone was partying. Luckily not all night. When closed then it was quiet.

Nicely appointed, clean rooms. Location might be tricky for some, but it's very well positioned if you have your own transportation. Breakfast is spectacular, with fresh fruit. Very nice stay overall

It is located in the edge of a small town that has nothing really to offer to the general tourist - although if you have a car is a great location to start a trip to Zurich, Appenzell, St. Gallen, Säntis park and more

We had a very good stay in Wil. The hotel has a fitness room and a kitchen with coffee and water open all day long. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Thanks again and see you next time.
