The location is excellent and is very close to the train station and tube station. The room is spacious, the Deco is simple but very nice.The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hot water of the basin is too small. The chair will make noise when moving on the ground that disturbs other guests down under. The filter of the dryer in the laundry was never cleaned. There was no other choice of breakfast that it may not fit everyone's taste.

It’s located right opposite Kaohsiung Main Station, which has a direct line to the airport, so it’s very convenient. There are a few food spots nearby the hotel as well. The hotel interior is tastefully designed. Shower was nice, bed was comfy and huge. Overall, a good stay at Papoa Hotel

Our room was comfortable but the only issue we had was that the airconditioning takes awhile to cool down the room. We went when the weather was cool-ish, so we just opened the window for the cool air to come in.

The room condition is very good, from the bed, the smell, toilet facilities, room facilities. Nothing to complain then. The interior design is very unique and industrial. The facilities is good quality and modern. The bed and sofa is very comfy. The room view is over the city. The location is 5 min walk to main station, but this area is not dining or shopping area, however, it is very convenient to move around the city. The room is bigger and more beautiful but cheaper than our room in Taipei. The value of money is the best. The staff is also very friendly. They have free-of-charge laundry and dryer machine on B1 floor. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Breakfast was included. It was a Chinese breakfast, always with 3 fresh fruits. A modest serving of main dish. A cup of malted soy milk. It was tasty, satisfying, and left you feeling energized. Self serve coffee was freely available.

Nothing! I loved everything about my stay there. The building is across the street from Kaohsiung MRT station, a major road fronts it, traffic can get heavy with car and motor scooter zipping by…yet inside the front door of the hotel is a tranquil oasis. Only negative at this time is that was a bit dusty from construction work at the station.

Papo’a hotel is very conveniently located 5 minutes from the main station, the place is very nicely decorated and the staff friendly. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The breakfast provided is différent from the usual buffet, the serve you a taiwanese meal, fruits and coffee is available whole day.

The room I stayed in had no Windows and Windows would have liked for it to be on the room description on booking

Mostly taiwan hotel room come without a window - I am glad that the room that i booked with window is value for money. Location is great 5min from the KKH station.

if you would like to order for breakfast, they only able to do one day in advance order - so please take note if you are traveling with kids and elderly and requiring for the last min meal

It’s really convenient, easy to find as they would send you instructions prior to the visit. Staff is very friendly and helpful, very clean, and room is very spacious and comfortable.

Kaohsiung station is currently having massive constructions, my first night was ok but the following day they start having huge construction noise around 8am onwards, but quiet down after 2 hours. So it really depends. They do provide you with ear plugs tho.

The hotel is located just a few minutes walking from the main station. The room was quite specious and very clean. You have to buy extra breakfast which is not a buffet but a taiwanese breakfast made by the lovely receptionist - it's really delicious and I would recommend getting it to try a Taiwanese breakfast.

The room aesthetic is sophisticated and yet roomy, there're two big beds together with a sofa. It's reasonably close to many eating places, though it is all still a fair walking distance away (was told that the locals generally bike around, hence!). Service staff were warm and always helpful. Extremely good value for money.

Perhaps due to the weather, it was still a good 5-7min hot walk to the train station, but would be reasonable under any other weather that isn't summer.

Great location, just next to Kaohsiung station (train/MRT), also walking distance to night market. Clean, comfortable bed, nice shower. Breakfast is nice, coffee machine in lobby. Check-in and check-out had been fast too. Smart TV in room with Youtube on TV. Fast free wifi.

Mosquito in breakfast region. Walls are thin and not sound proof. My room is not close to the lift and yet can hear people talking in the corridor which woke us in early morning. Breakfast is preset with no option.
