Modern looking hotel on the 12th floor of the building. There's another hotel in the same building, which was a little confusing when looking for the elevator. The lobby and community area was nicely designed and decorated, looking very welcoming. Coffee and tea is available for self-service. One evening they were showing a movie there and offered snacks. Self-Checkin via their terminal was easy, I had to show my passport to the receptionist aferwards though.

Entrance not easy to find. Water for showering not very warm and some mould on the ceiling. To get around one either needs a car/scooter or walk a few minutes to the bus stops around.

I like that the property was within walking distance to some of the key night markets and sightseeing sites that we wanted to cover. There were many choice of food available in the area. The staff was warm and patience with addressing all our concerns. The snacks and drinks prepared by the hotel was also very enjoyable. Overall, we can tell that the hotel tries their best to manage the hotel to provide a comfortable space for their guest.

Very nice to have a common area where you can dine/have breakfast. Rooms are nice too, style wise, and beds are very comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Good location too. We really liked the place.

Not well insulated, you can hear the noise from the hall or other rooms' doors. And as we've seen various times in Taiwan, the blinds don't actually block the light so 6:30am the room was very bright which makes it hard to sleep (for us at least).

We have stayed 6 nights there and loved this hotel. Huge confortable bed, stunning view from room and bathroom. Very friendly staff and good location. This hotel have very good vibe. Huge parking lot in close, self laundry on the street level. Many great breakfast restaurant around.

Free coffee they offer in the shared kitchen could be better, maybe just to setup the machine to give less water for espresso.

Big rooms with huge beds, lots of value for money and super nice employees - huge praise for Cindy who was really helpful and a joy to see her play with our daughter.

The location was a bit away from things and it was hard to get there with our luggage.

Wonderful service, convenient location, very big and comfortable bed, excellent space arrangement and management, thoughtful snacks and beverage, nearby parking space and even a reimbursement for your paking!! Despite the room size, it is still a great choice given the very reasonable price! Will definitely come back again next time!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great, near to YiZhong night market about 10 to 15 mins walk.

Car parking was a hassle, nearest carpark to hotel was always full, need to fight for empty slot unless dun mind walking longer distance. Mineral water did not replaced daily. Hot water for the basin was not avaliable.

Room was spacious and very clean also the bathroom. AC powerful, beautiful view from the balcony, lots of amenities, very friendly staff (little English but google translate helps). Shared space was inviting.

Slow WiFi, balcony furniture was only provided after asking for it.

It’s was great and good value of money over all, the staffs were friendly and helpful, the room was a bit small for 2 suitcases, shower and bad were excellent (loved the king size bed)

It was difficult to find the hotel because there were no sign outside of the building ( or it’s difficult to find) and I’d received the ticket from the police as I was looking for the hotel by scooter and went into the wrong side of the road.

Good location walking distance to 2 night markets, very sweet staff, outstanding tea and cofee machine (with black coffee!), easy walk to the bus to Sun Moon Lake (15 min though). Very pleasing room.

Need to install bidet spray. Shower did not work fully but ok.
