The location was great, the room was roomy and clean, and there was even a bidet!

The only issue we had was that we had left our luggage with the front desk so we could go to a museum and return after check-out but when we returned to collect our belongings, there was no staff to be found and no way to get in touch with them so we had to find someone who was cleaning a room and plead to them to help us unlock the closet door and collect our belongings so we didn't miss our train, which we didn't (fortunately) but we got scarily close.

This hotel is everything you need. It is right in the middle of the area you want to be, 711 across the road, food vendors just outside and the 88 Tourist Bus which takes you to most sites on the corner. Room was very comfy, the bed was good, air con cold and the lounge area on the top floor was amazing. Coming back after a long day sightseeing to a place we could stretch out, eat and drink our snacks and reminisce on the day made the stay perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and always welcomed you when returned and I always felt looked after. When I return to Tainan, I will definitely come back here.

There is nothing we did not like.

The location is excellent, bus stops are nearby Also, books are available in 6th floor, you can borrow them and read them in your room! Love that (Just make sure you return them back to the original place). Moreover, the staff were friendly and helpful, I asked serveral questions not related to the hotel but about the city, they answered one by one detailly. Enjoy my stay here!

The wall is so thin that I feel like I could almost hear people in next room turned on their light. But it did not quite affect my sleep actually.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the building and room facilities were great, and the checking in and out process was seamless. The room was very large with lots of space for luggage, and was equipped with all the services advertised. The bathroom was also well serviced and equipped. Area surrounding the hotel (especially north) was vibrant and interesting to explore.

The biggest issue with the stay was the wifi, it had significant problems the whole trip despite the staff coming into our room to try and fix it.

Nice, small hotel in an excellent location. It's in West Central district close to various museums, the Confucius temple, and lots of of restaurants. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. For the price, it was really good value.

Overall I was quite happy with the room so I have no big complaints. Just sharing some minor points that others may find helpful. There was a bit of confusion about housekeeping. There is an extra charge which we accepted but then the room wasn't cleaned on the first day. We talked to the front desk staff and sorted it out but I'm not sure we really understood what had happened. Also, the level of English for the staff is variable. For normal things like check-in and check-out I would say it's not an issue. But if you need a lot of interaction with the staff for something, then you might encounter some limitations.

Best location where you can easily walk to local food places, cinemas and attractions. Quiet environment even though it's situated at the centre of the city. Spacious common room with cutlery and snacks. Good value for the money if you are looking for a short stay. nice and neat.

Have to take your washing out to the laundry shops which is really inconvenient as you have to pop in and out a few times to complete the cleaning and drying. The room coffee machine is not working. The coffee machine at the common room requires regular service.

Comfortable bed, good sized room and bathrooms. Nice there is a communal lounge so you're not stuck in your room when you just want to relax somewhere.

Needed to get more coffee and tea and toilet paper every day although the front desk was open from 7am to 11pm. Rooms weren't too soundproof so needed to sleep with earplugs

Great location and hotel aesthetic. The lounge is great. Hotel room was spacious, modern and good vibe. Cha Tzu Tang toiletries were fantastic!!!! (ps you can buy them at the Hayashi mall). Would certainly stay here again if I were to return to Tainan.

Walls are too thin and can hear the neighbours clearly. Housekeeping was at 5pm… too late in the day.

The room was big, new and clean. The location was great, in the city center.

There was almost never anyone in the reception. One night, there were drilling sounds very late, it may be from the next door building, but it really interrupted.

Fantastic location in the lovely West district, right across a 7 eleven, yet quiet at night. The room was quite large and absolutely spotless. Staff was kind and helpful, and I liked the cosy design of the hotel. The mattress is quite firm to Western European standards but the bed was comfortable. With a breakfast, it wouldn't be far from a 4*. I found the price more than reasonable for the quality of the hotel.
