the hotel location is very accessible esp it is situated right in front of the Taipei Central Main Station 👍..also very near food outlets👍 hotel staff and amenities are ok 👍 Comfort room & linens are kept clean

what we did not like is the platform upon entering our unit ..several times we tripped over in going to our bed or in going to our door...it is accident prone esp to elderly, you should do something to address that issue, it can cause a bad fall to your guest/s.

Superb location located at Taipei Main Station, right outside of Z2. There is a lift (near exit Z2 from opposite 7-11) so we didn’t need to carry our luggages up the flight of stairs. Location was the best thing about this hotel. Design of the room is simple and modern too.

The hotel is located at level 5. At level 6, is a gym. At certain hours, you will hear and feel people dropping their weights (most likely from deadlift) and it does get quiet annoying. Weekdays was minimal but weekends morning was quite bad. Other than that, the hotel does not have any other facilities so it’s really just a sleep and go kind of hotel. The lobby area was really small and they provide a small unmanned microwave.

Very close to main station, right opposite the street. Clean rooms and comfortable beds, the room has lots of space as well.

The room was a little dark. We knew the room had no windows, but I would expect more lighting to make up for the lack of natural light. We messaged ahead and asked if early check in was possible and got a reply of 'yes'. When we arrived we found it is possible, but only if you give a high rating on Google reviews before you even see the room or have any real interaction from the staff. Luckily the room turned out to be good, but it made me wonder how many of the good reviews were actually people just checking in early?

Wonderful stay and location near to Taipei Main Station. Easy to get around. Beds are quite good. Self-laundry and dryer too are free of charge which is good bonus.

It would be better if can stay high floor for better view because we spent so much money for this hotel. Our floor is 3rd and view bit blocked by other building. Nothing to see outside. Room is quite small. We had bit difficulty in opening our luggage. It would be better if the hotel can invest bit high industrial dryer so that can dry more clothes. Washing machines are ok. Their dryers are good for undergarments and socks only. If want to dry clothes, recommended is to put 3 to 4 clothes and put 1.5hrs at least for full dry. Cannot put a lot of clothes at 1 time go and they will get wet.

Even during a typhoon when you are stuck indoors, there are things to do within the building, like going to the arcade to get snacks, the convenience store, cafe or a fast food place. During heavy rain it was very convenient to be able to dive into the underground complex of the Taipei Main Station.

As I had the room with city view, the noise of the traffic below was hard to ignore, but I could have seen that coming. Waiting on the elevators was quite annoying until I found that there are three elevators in the back of the building that are mostly for the hotel floors. They were not busy at all. Nothing really to complain about.

Location is great, right next to the MRT and train station.

the air con of the first room the staff gave us is not really working, waited for 1-2 hr. Air con is still not cold. The temperature in the lobby is much better than the room. Afterwhich, we feedback to the staff, they change us another room after almost 2 hours

The property is close to Taipei main station, and it’s pretty convenient to travel around. The bed is comfortable and spacious. Power plug is universal and come with USB cables, make it very convenient. TV comes with a lot of channels.

The checkin counter is quite narrow, it’s not convenient that people need to passby when you are in the queue. There is a bright blue light in the room (probably is the smoke detector) even after turned off all the lights in the room and it’s affecting sleep quality. Noise from outside can be heard when people pass by the room.

I like the location best and its amenities.

There should be at least breakfast for clients.

1. Location is central and a lot of good food around the hotel.. 2. The tv has lots of channel to watch, even very late at night..

1. As we are staying at level 4, getting out of the hotel in the morning is difficult as the only 2 lifts are usually packed and we need to wait for 2 or more frequents before we can get in.. 2. The side of the bedsheet is strain, we are ok with it, as it won’t affect our sleep.. after a few days, we asked for room cleaning, but to our surprise, the strain is still there, meaning there is no change of bedsheet.. and some towels are a bit dusty..

great location near train station.

we found it a bit hard to find - note that it located within the upper levels of a multipurpose high rise and signage on the lower levels is subtle. Once you go up on the lifts to the right level it’s fine.
