The staff was soooooo kind that they let us check our luggage’s for one more day after we checked out!!! It saved me sooo much headache finding a locker somewhere else. The room was spacious and quiet enough.

It was a bit older and the bed made squeaking noise every time I turned. The bathroom was a bit weirdly designed that the water kept leaking down to the floor from the side. The location is very close to the MRT station but not close to the exit with the escalator, so if you have heavier luggages, you might want to come out from a farther exit and walk to the hotel. Otherwise, the stairs at the closest exit can be a great workout haha…😅

I am living in Tainan, Taiwan and when I have to go to Taipei for a business trip that requires one of more night stay, I will always stay in Santos Hotel. It is a little bit outdated in terms of design but the rooms are spacious because it was build in the 80 `s when space was not yet an issue in Taipei. Hotels built back then have usually bigger rooms. It used to be a business hotel very popular with Japanese customers. I did not tried their breakfast so I am not able to give an opinion. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a very good foot reflexology near by.

The pillow could be more confortable.

Most staff can converse in English. Place is clean and near the metro.

Enjoyed our stay. Most of the staff can converse in english. Accomodating and helpful. Rooms are clean and good size. It was hard to find 3 single bedroom when I was looking for a place to book, lucky to find Santos Hotel. Only 6 minutes walk to metro, there's a 7/11 store beside and lots of places to eat near the metro station. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Santos hotel.

The room was spacious, clean and, overall facilities were comfortable. There were dehumidifiers sitting outside around corridor corners. Would have been better if it was in the room. Big windows, which were hard to see in Taiwan, so that we did not feel trapped. Location was in walking range with several exits of Minquan West Road station. Shops are located nearby i.e., convenient store, NET cloth store, WATSON, restaurants, etc.

Staffs were not well English spoken. We suspected they might not become helpful for matters other than normal check-in procedures.

- Location is not difficult, but it is a fair bit of walk from the nearest train station - reason being, the nearest station exit has no lift, and the one with a lift is another street down - Not right smack center at Taipei Main Station, but a couple of stations down and near to Shilin Night Market, easy enough to get around - Room was spacious, clean and while room was rather dated, was functioning well - Staff were welcoming and helpful, on their feet to assist when I couldn't handle my groceries - Price is decent overall, but would definitely be helpful to have some facelift to make it better

- Pillow was a tad too soft and flat, and the add-on bed was extremely stiff

The Santos Hotel is conveniently located near the MRT train station, with just a 3-5 minute walk, making it extremely convenient to access all of Taipei. The staff are very friendly, and the housekeeping service is second to none, ensuring your room is kept clean and tidy daily. I will definitely choose this hotel if I visit Taiwan in the near future.

I encountered guests in the next room who were inconsiderate and disrespectful, making excessive noise after 10 pm on two occasions during my 13-day stay.

The location is near MRT station. The staffs are friendly.

The bathroom floor is slippery if the floor is wet.

They are not cleaning the room everyday.

The room is big! I like the staff. They are very friendly and accommodating. We didn't feel any negative vibe from them. I love that they replenish the freebies everyday, even our bath towels. It's very clean and cozy.

During checking-in, there's an instruction at the lobby desk regarding the room cleaning service. It says there's a schedule, like every other day only. It's quiet uncomfy because every night we came home from our tour, we find our room always cleaned and the freebies were always replenished. It's good, I mean, they should have let us know first though.

Friendly staff, always so polite and friendly. Clean facilities, staff did a great job cleaning our room. Great location, nice and close to MRT station.

Window was left open when we checked into our room on the first day - this meant there were mosquitos and our kids got lots of mosquito bites during the night 😞 we shut the windows in the morning and there were no problems after that.
