It’s very centrally located, rooms are spacious and very clean; plus there’s free laundry!

To get to the hotel you need to organise your route to either Z2 or Z4 if you need the lift, which can be messy considering how labyrinth-like the underground malls in Taipei are but not a big deal! Staff were inconsistent, there was a staff who opened the laundry room past 11pm for me to collect my washing; and there was this obvious lazy one who wouldn’t and told me it’s “centralised” — I didn’t bother to talk further with him but I didn’t appreciate how my clothes were already out in the basket at 8AM when the room is open again instead of the machine where I could have done another drying cycle, felt it was very inappropriate.

space and location are super! Besides the two double beds, there was a sitting room for the quad room. And the view from the windows was very nice. Come from z2(lift) if u have luggage. We took buses from the bus stop right outside or day trips from the main train station. My fave restaurant is Chun shui tang in b2 of the next building so really good locations. And there are a lot of breakfast stalls at the corner. Family mart is also located downstairs. PS We love the lounge - that gave us more space especially with the kids - they could eat breakfast there and when we just did takeaways from roadside stalls. It comes with utensils and microwave and water cooler (hot water for noodles) and also free coffee! Also, laundry is very accessible and free (comes with free detergent and dryer).

Facilities are a bit older but I am okay with that with everything else considered.

Love everything about Sky19. Perfect location opposite Taipei Main Station. All the staff were courteous and helpful. Best thing is that they have free self service laundry ! Love the common lounge where we can relax and drink tea after a busy day. We saw people bringing food back to eat in the lounge as well cos there's an inductioncooker and microwave as well. There is a common fridge, so if you buy food staff , you can store it in the freezer/fridge. Each individual room has their own mini freezer and fridge as well. Came in handy for my friends and I as we bought frozen food to bring home. It's within walking distance to Nanmen and XiMenDing as well. Would highly recommend this hotel .

Location was fantastic, directly above Z2 entrance of Taipei Main Station. Room size was big. Bed was quite hard but pillows were comfortable. Bathroom had a Japanese Toilet with auto washing system! It was so awesome but bathtub was on a smaller side. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful! Even though located in an office building, the hotel had an entire 19th floor to themselves hence security was very good. Another awesome thing is free laundry service! For people on a long trip, there are enough machines to share and wash and dry clothes.

Despite being on 19th floor, the noise from nearby KTV could still be heard at 1am. Sound proofing requires improvement. Also did not appreciate the in room slippers to be the reuseable kind as it kind of smells. Would be more hygienic to use disposable paper slippers. It was also quite strange that the hotel did not have a safe box.

Super convenient for public transport as it is right in front of Taipei Main Station and many bus routes. Loved the free laundry room with washing machines, dryers and free washing powder. Kitchen had free coffee and well stocked with utensils. Room was spacious, comfortable and had a good view from the balcony. Great value for money and a good option for first timers to Taipei. Staff on the day we checked in were very nice and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again so there wasn't anything bad to mention. Just a small thing is that the floor was dusty and we noticed the daily cleaning service was not super thorough.

Location is very central and near to the Taipei Main station. Hotel has a lobby area that has a kitchenette. Generally a bit old but clean. Had bottled water slippers and toothbrushes as well as thermal pot and tea bags. Good customer service as well.

Property is a bit old but still clean and in good working condition. No views from my room as facing the walls of SKM building next to it. It was during typhoon and wind was a bit scarily loud as it tunneled through the 2 buildings. No breakfast is provided but there are lots of breakfast options within walking distance in nearby vicinity.

A hard-to-beat location, right across from Taipei Main Station! Modern, well appointed, and truly spacious room, and a swanky new bathroom to go with it, complete with heated toilet seat! Some nice city views too. Overall, incredible value for money right in the center of town. I would surely stay here again!

While I appreciate the free laundry room that's available to guests, the dryers could do with an overhaul. Spent much of the evening trying to get my clothes dry! My only other critique would be the absence of hooks to hang one's clothes etc in the bathroom.

Great location, close to Taipei Main Station, so easy to get to via metro, bus and train. Many eateries just around the hotel as well. Room is quite spacious, but layout not great for 3pax as there's not enough space for the luggages. Quite clean. There's also a lounge/pantry area where there's many seating and also cooking area with pots and utensils. We stayed here for new year countdown and had a far/limited view of Taipei 101 but was good enough for us.

The staff is generally helpful and all, but think they can friendlier and smile more :)

I stayed 4 nights at the hotel with my friends (who booked a separate room) and we were all satisfied with our experience. The location is perfect, in front of taipei main station so it's easy to move around if you want to explore the city, take the hsr, or metro to the airport. In addition, the room are spacious, very clean amd the even have japanese toilets. They also have a laundry room accessible for free (free soap). 100% recommended

The hotel is quiet since it's on the 19th floor but the soundproofing is bad. You can hear your neighbor coughing.

It was really good to have the kitchen and the laundry which we used frequently over our 9 night stay. The location of the hotel is super convenient with the Main Station just across the road (you will never cross the road) and a whole underground network literally beneath you. Next door is the huge Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department store with a basement level supermarket and above that a food court. In the metro level below (Z zone) accessed by a lift or stairs directly outside are two 7-11's and access to the Red and Blue lines which we used most of the time. We did not use the Family Mart at street level... It is also connected to the Airport Metro and the HSR stations.

The beds are so hard it is no different than sleeping on the floor. To be able to sleep we removed the duvet inner and folded it into quarters and put it under our hip area beneath the lower sheet. We also kept the do not disturb sign up permanently so it wasn't disturbed and also because we don't agree with new towels and sheets every day as it is unnecessary and wasteful.
