The staff were really friendly and helpful; Arthur helped us arrange the taxi going back to the airport even though we had a late night flight. There was a 24-hour coffee and tea station available for all guests, and the hotel is walking distance to a metro station (brown line), also very very near the Songshan train station. Overall, the location was very good considering our dinner reservations were all a short uber ride away.

I did leave with a couple of bed bug bites? It was quite weird as I was the only one who had it and it only appeared on my right leg and arm -- maybe it was on my end of the bed? The bites are still painful a week after staying

The hotel is very nicely decorated with good decor and finishings. The room was modern and aesthetically nice. The staff are amazing and friendly and helped us book transport to the airport. The door staff were friendly too and very nice. The breakfast staff were super friendly and very accomodating. The A La Carte breakfast menu provided good solid choices considering the buffet selection was average. Bathroom is big and spacious. The hotel is in a good location. The rooms were also very quiet and the beds and bedding were super comfortable.

The amenities provided were not so great considering we stayed in another hotel where amenities were excellent. Limited tea selection in the hotel room. Would have liked to have seen some Oolong tea or Green tea considering we were in Taiwan. The room size was deceptively smaller than I expected from the pictures. The buffet breakfast selection was also not very good and if you arrive later some things were not refreshed quickly or at all, but the A La Carte breakfast menu was great.

The staff in front desk is very helpful. The staff in kitchen is very frienly and take care customer very well, special for my kid. Our family spent our 4 day in Taipei, and it was wonderful. Breakfast is buffet type, and not so many options. By the way the kitchen has extra menu for guess, which has 6 options, and it is so good.

The hotel is near MRT station, by the way it is brown line, and you normally need to transfer to another lines to reach places.

The hotel was modern, elegantly designed and very clean. Staff were friendly, attentive and very professional. I like that it caters to international clientele. Loved how the room had a spacious bathroom, strong shower pressure, great lighting, excellent TV channels. Excellent location close to MRT station, restaurants and shops. Very nice breakfasts.

Bedroom was on the small size, we had some challenges opening and storing luggage, but found a way.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our initial room was satisfactory, unless it was time to go to bed. Our room was on the side of the hotel that sat on the main road, so the street noise, even in the middle of the night was super noisy. I'm a light sleeper, and it really made for a night of restless sleep. Fortunately when I asked the front desk if it was possible to switch rooms, they were able to accommodate us but that we'd have to wait for it to be cleaned first. They just asked us to pack our luggage and would move everything over to the new room once cleaned. I am so thankful they were able to help us with this and we rested well for the remainder of our stay.

The air conditioning unit was a bit faulty and the temperature displayed wasn't accurate. The vent also blows directly onto the bed so for those who run cold but would like the keep the room ventilated, it's not the most comfortable to have cold air constantly blowing on your face.

The room was extremely spacious with a sitting area and a desk. The bathroom was very big too with a separated toilet and a full size tub and shower. The bedding was high end and very comfortable. the breakfast was great and very diverse. definitively a 4 stars hotel Our room was in the back of the hotel so very very quiet. no view to be had but calm

The room needed to run the provided de-humificator to ward off the dampness. the price was a little steeper than we anticipated but people seem to stay for extended period so...

The room is clean and nice. The bathroom is big with shower and bathtub. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is just 100 m from a train station, which make it easy for us to travel to different part of the city.

Overall the hotel is good we do not have any thing that we did not like. Shops are walking distance especially shop for our daily necessity, i.e. 7 eleven, Family Mart etc..

Our stay at Taipei Fullerton was excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the hotel was very clean. We were a couple of minutes walk from the MRT, from which we easily got to our intended locations. We would definitely stay there again.

The only thing we could suggest is that the Chefs familiarise themselves with the term ‘over easy’ when cooking eggs for breakfast.

The place was new and clean. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They cleaned the room daily. They would change all the bed sheet, pillow case and refill your toiletries everyday. The breakfast was good, worth the price.

The bathroom was very nice but it’s face the street, so I had to roll the curtain down every time I need to use the bathroom.

The amazing room was exactly that, amazing! Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Silly little thing, but the shampoo and body wash were bolted to the wall in the shower, meaning if you wanted a bath you had to jump out and go across to get it from the shower and then get back into bath each time, was only there for two days so relied on hotel for shampoo etc. otherwise I would have had my own.
