Quiet and comfortable hotel very close to the bus station. From the bus station, a bus leaves every half hour to Taitung railway station (with trains to Taipei, Hualien, Tainan and Kaoshiung). The room has an original and beautiful design with the toilet separated from the bathroom. I had read in a review that someone else thought that there was little privacy because of this. Perhaps if you share the room with someone you are less familiar with. The room also has two sofas, a kettle, tea, coffee and water. The buffet breakfast offers a good choice.

Nothing the hotel could do about it. But the weather in Taitung in November 2024 was very foggy and cloudy. Wrong time of the year?

Everything was perfect for us. The best place that we had during our trip in Taiwan. The bed is big and comfort, shower was perfect and room was clean. Parking was perfect. Location was perfect. It has a good restaurant with it if doesn't want to go far. Everything is within walking distance. The staffs were helpful and super friendly. Will definitely stay again in the future visit. It has even a self-service laundry.

The air conditioner is a bit cold in our room when sitting on the couch but no big deal.

The location is near to many amenities, shopping, food and the bus terminal. They provide a free transfer from hotel to train station, but I am not sure if they do a free transfer the other way. There is free parking at the hotel for guest but limited. Shower and toilet are separate, keeping things dry and nice. Have a gym and there's even life music in the restaurant when we walked pass 1 night. Convenience store is just across the street.

The walls are a bit thin but the sound proof8ng is still not too bad otherwise.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful - both online and in-person. Room was cosy, spacious and clean. Location-wise, it's close to the Taitung Bus Station, but do note it's a 10min drive from the Taitung Train station. Breakfast (buffet-style) was good too, with a very decent spread and yummy food. Would love to return on my next visit :)

Room is clean.

The counter staff forgot to give morning call after I book a morning call the night before.The house keeping staff miss out some small staff to be cleared at the washing basin.Also last day ,after housekeeping,the tv remote control was missing in the room ,but the hotel staff rectify the problem very fast.

Very nice and spacious room. Very nice location as it is near Taitung station, but also lot of shops and restaurants are nearby.

The location is perfect to visit Tiehua Music Village and ocean park. The breakfast is also fantastic w/ Hot Bok Choy. The Shuttle Bus from train station is really convinient.

Nothing really needs to complain. Everything is good.

Spacious room with excellent views from multiple windows. Our room even got two toilets. Bed is comfortable. Location is very good. Near the artist village and night market in walking distance.

Breakfast is a little bit weak, you will be fed until full but it's not tasty enough. Few staffs are not experienced enough and need more training, in other words, to put their feet in customer's shoes.. Generally speaking they are still good.

The room is very comfortable. I love the shower and toilet separated design. The bed is comfortable. shuttle bus service is so nice!
