Because it was a weekday, I got an upgrade to a room with a window.

Very friendly staff with an affordable price. The rooms were clean, spacious, quiet, and did have a window unlike similar priced hotels in Taiwan that do not have a window. A bit of a walk from the Taoyuan Metro station, but not too far. Convenience store on the 1st floor so it's easy to get drinks or food nearby.

I arrived late at night, and it took me a while to know how to get in as the 1st floor entrance to the building was locked. Pressing the doorbell connected to the hotel unlocked it, but know where to go... maybe I wasn't reading carefully but the hotel is on the 4th floor so you have to go up the elevator to reach the front desk for any assistance. The bathroom is the type where the toilet bowl, sink and shower is unseparated in a single room. I'm quite sure this is an isolated incident, but when I was leaving the room next morning, I noticed a huge cockroach crawling in the room - I wish they had an insecticide ready in each room.

1. The beds are comfort. 2. TV is big with youtube channel which is the best entertainmennt for kids at night. 3. Mini fridge in room to store some food. 4. The hotel staffs are helpful which they help customer to book taxi for early morning flight. 5. Free of charge washer n dryer too. You no need to bring a bundle of dirty clothes home.

Hotel did not prepare breakfast. The room space quite small, if you bring large luggage or more than 4 luggages, there will be not enough space to place the luggage. You need to tell the counter staff to clean your room everyday. Maybe they did not do it as a routine service I think.

Staff was very nice and attentive. We weren't satisfied with our room at first but they agreed to change our room without any problems, and had a generally positive and welcoming attitude throughout. Locatiin is also quite good if you are catching a flight early the next morning, the MRT line to the airport is just a few short minutes within walking distance.

Rooms were slightly on thr smaller side.

Despite the little quirks like having to return the keys every time you step out and the late check-in, this place gets 10 stars from me. On top of the "usual" extras like tea (several varieties), coffee (several varieties), bottled water, there were things like disposable razors, cotton buds, tooth brush and others. Very thoughtful of the owner. It wasn't a fancy place, but ticked all the boxes for me and was off the charts on the value-for-money scale.

Location is strategic, between two major stations to airport and Taipei. Walkable to the biggest night market in Taoyuan with lots of food places around, besides other shops.

It's somewhat dated, and there is a noticeable smell in the toilet. Didn't bother us since we lived in smellier cities but it gets in the face (or nose, I shall say) when entering the room. Leaving AC on helps.

This hotel was perfect for me. I'm a student, traveling on the weekends. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, it was in an area that was perfect for visiting sites. I was very happy with my stay.

This hotel is a discount group hostel. Like I said above, the staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, the hotel was in a good location to see the sites. I have no complaints.

Pleasant surprise, on main street, superb staff and has complimentary hot/cold water dispenser, tea coffee in lobby, plus a laundry room. Hotel is on the entire 4th floor of an apartment block, with clear signage on the main road, 4mins walk to Laojie River MRT station.

All good, just be aware the shower area is not separately enclosed, which is normal for this era buildings.

Early check-in! Comfortable large beds. Reception area has espresso machine, hot/cold water dispenser, microwave oven and one UV sterilizer. Washer and dryer are free for inhouse guest.

No antislip mats in the bathroom. The sewerage system gives off an odour.

2nd time stay and very happy. Nice location close to train station, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Room was comfortable too. Overall great value for money and it was very pleasant to stay here.
