Breakfast was great! The staff was awesome! Service was phenomenal!!! Grace and Rose in housekeeping. Otto, Robert and the other people in the restaurant were above and beyond great!!! The front desk manager addressed our room concerns. The beds etc. shower concerns etc. The front desk manager was professional. His staff were what made me and my fiancé happy. The property was quiet and everything I expected. We did have a few concerns, but they were addressed by management. I did not use the pool so I can't comment. Angel, you are the best!! Lightness you are Phenomenal and the night guy!! Hasaan thank you so much!! Dinner was always sumptuous!!

They could have free regular coffee and free cappuccino instead of the powdered stuff.

I booked 5 nights at this hotel. The room was good with a balcony facing white sands hotel. The lobby is very cozy & comfortable. The breakfast was very good, every day different varieties. All the staff are very friendly & professional. The manager was very attent & helpful. The room was cleaned every day. There's a good swimming pool available but couldn't swim because of bad weather (nature). The road going to this hotel is good compared to other hotels in TZ. There is an arrangement for an airport shuttle ($40) to the airport available. You can stick around after checking out until the time reaches to go to the airport. I will definitely recommend this hotel. I will definitely come back.

The bed was too hard for my back, but the manageress took my complaint very seriously, I got a soft mattress, and I slept better. The fitness is on the top floor, with the rainy weather, the floor got wet.

The Ambience, The Service and the customer case were great, except for some few minor incidents. The day customer service team were excellent. The closeness to the beach made for verye xcellent scenaries.

The insistence of the hotel to get payment before check-in was a bit of a turn off. There are surely better ways of handling clients. When a client comes to check in especially when they are tired, it would be great to check them in and then handle admin issues later.

We were checking out early morning and had arranged breakfast by paying the special fee. At the time of checking out they had forgotten our breakfast and after waiting another 30 minutes left without it. Also we had inqured about any bike rental places. Reception said they will get back asap, never did call.

Clean and spacious place full of people ready to help you and make your stay comfortable. I am especially greatful for Hassan and his devotion to make my group Pleased and restful. I recommend Saescape Hotel and delicious food we could taste on the restaurant.

Some guests were noisy and reading or resting during the day was a challenge. Beer or wine at the restaurant would be nice option for the dinner.

EVERYTHING. The place is excellent and the rooms are very big and clean. The staff and the manager are great and very helpful. We really enjoyed the Christmas carols playing in the background all over the hotel. The reception smelt very clean and it was very tidy and well decorated for the holidays. Security was good and the food was fantastic!

Nothing. Everything was fine. The hotel is a distance from the airport and main part of the city, so it takes a while to get there. However, it is nice to be away from the city and noise and be able to unwind.

This hotel is AMAZING! I stayed for 12 days with my twin 3 month olds and the staff were so kind and friendly. Many times they would hold my babies while I ate so I could eat in peace. The food was good and there is lots of variation on the menu. The view from my room was awesome, I had a corner room so the balcony was really large. My boys loved the bed which was comfortable and large. The location is great with White Sands hotel just in front for beach time. Wifi is good - I could go on about how great it is, we will definitely be back.

There needs to be better dessert on the menu (no cake!) Room service is a little pricey

The rooms were specious, the location is perfect and I loved all the staff, they were always available and ready to help, the breakfast buffet had variety of food and was delicious. It was a quick stay so we didn't manage to use the pool and gym.
