Location is excellent. Staff were great Travel lady seemed to be very knowledgeable and is a great driver. Our room was a good size.

We didn't have a problem but, let's face it, the hotel is a bit tired and, being so central, the bam-bam-bam of the base from the nearby bar was pretty loud (earplugs are available free in the rooms). We woke up at 2:00 because of the silence of the "bams" ;-). We loved it and have already been back but if you are of a sensitive disposition then it may not be the place for you. As for us - we will definitely be coming back :-).

The property's proximity to the beach is excellent. Initially, we had booked a standard room without breakfast, but the lady at the front desk offered us a room upgrade with a sea view and breakfast at a reasonable price, which we happily accepted. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast, which was delivered to our room, was quite satisfying. Outside the hotel, there is a convenient Seven Eleven store and a restaurant. Although we didn't utilize it, the hotel also provides a pool and lockers. All in all, it's a fantastic place to stay when visiting Krabi.

The hotel did not change the sheets on a daily basis, even though we made an effort to keep them clean. It would have been preferable if they had been replaced regularly.

Let's be honest, it's a bit tired but if you have a favourable view on life then it's great. But if you are fussy then there are lots of faults to find if you want to find imperfections. We like such imperfections.

The base notes from a nearby bar were a bit frustrating but after a while we got used to the "bam, bam, bams and fell asleep We both woke at 2:00 am when the music stopped - the silence of the bams... You just need a bit of tolerance and a sense of humour

Loved the hospitality of the staff and their willingness to make the stay as comfy as possible .Full points for being courteous ,polite and easy going . The location is very central and provides convenient access to a lot of points.

As it's centrally located has a lot of loud music from nearby restaurants however they stop by midnight and as I had been out exploring until 10 I didn't mind it due the two days I had been here .

The hotel staff were very helpful and polite, had a good laundry service, location was nice and very central to the shops and bar/restaurants and the beach.

There was nothing I could say I didn't enjoy, the place was very relaxing and the local people were very happy and helpful.

The staff is amazing. This is our second stay here and everytime we've been here they've given us an upgrade without any additional costs. Perfectly located, close to all amenities. I would 100% recommend a stay here. If you're a budget traveller, travelling with family, but don't want anything to do with hostels...this is the place to go to. Excellent value for money.

All about the great location and view we had a sea view room large room and balcony and comfortable bed

We stay here all the time they have been doing renovations to the beach front are for a very long time when we go back in April hopefully it will be completed

I like the location because it’s near everything. The beach, restaurant, 711 of course and all the souvenir shops. I like the room , it’s huge for 2 people. They upgraded to suit for free👌🏻🙂

The bed sheets, they look old and a little bit dirty. Also the bath tub looks like it was not that clean. Over all its nice

It is near to conveninence store, easy to get food, nearby also got tourist information for people who wants to explore island hoping. I came at low season so the price a bit lower than usual. The room was clean everyday and always smells good like new room.

At the moment nothing. Just my room dont have front light. Quiet dark at night when came back from massage.

The room was nice, well equipped and clean with a pleasant air conditioning. Nice and friendly staff. The hotel is directly located in the buzzing main area with clubs, restaurants and supermarkets. It’s also quite close to the pier from which boats depart to a variety of beaches and islands.

There was a construction site right in front of my balcony so it was a little loud in the morning and throughout the day. This is of course not a fault of the hotel. Until about 1am you might also be hearing load music from the bars located right in front of the hotel. For me it wasn’t a problem as I used earplugs or just stayed in one of those bars until music was over.
