Good value for money. Good location. Room was big.

Pool and gym opening times not convenient. Specially if you go early morning to a tour you can’t use the gym before 8am or after 5pm. Same for the pool. Kayaks were not available to use. Four of them were just parked in front of the beach. We had breakfast included and I was unable to serve my wife’s breakfast on a plate and bring it to her when she was sick in the room unable to go to the restaurant.

Great resort with two pools. Next to beach. Good breakfast. Amazing bungalows with huge rooms and huuge bathrooms with showers and Bathtub. Close to city and night market. Very calm and silent place where you can rest and relax. Amazing amount of green areas with palms and tons of other flower's - which make you feel like staying in the jungle . Towels and bath accessories replacement every day.

No sun umbrellas on swimming pool. No cleaning personel on common area. Overall impression was that resort was a little bit dusty and rusty post covid time. Not enough stuff to cleanup whole area. There was cockroach 🪳🪳🪳 in the second room. Whole room was dusty. Aircon was very noisy and only high mode was working. Electric sockets were not working. Not enough sunbeds on beach. If you want to lay down on the beach you need to wake up in the morning on sunrise and securing two.

The location was great, close to beach, restaurants and shops. Great size room with huge bed. Friendly staff who always said hello when passing. Good selection of food at breakfast. Water provided in the room every day, plus fresh pool towels every day in the room.

The resort itself is tired and does not live up to the pictures. The main pool was not clean in my opinion so we did not use it, we used the pool by reception once during our stay however the areas by the pool were not well maintained either, dirty sunbeds etc. For what we paid it was great as it was fairly cheap but I just think it probably comes down to lack of staff/money spent. We did visit near the end of October so perhaps in high season it would be all sparkly and cleaned up for the busy period? All in all a good stay but don't expect it to look as good as the pictures online

there was no atmosphere around the resort, no one used any if the bars, maybe a little entertainment would keep people there breakfast was very busy but always tables available however you constantly had to ask for everything to be refilled every morning, never any glasses, yoghurt, pastries and the queue for the ridiculously slow coffee machine was terrible

Very nice location at Ao Nang Beach. Really close to the beach, at the quietest end. The breakfast was nice with a good variety. The resort is close to the main busy area within a walking distance. We were given connecting rooms which was amazing - and the golf cart can help you carry luggage around the resort

The quality of the water of the main pool can definitely be improved. The food at the pool bar can also improve. The staff is not clear about the water bottles which are free and the ones which are not - we were charged several times despite of our choice - Just offer the free ones... period - and if we ask for more... we pay. The phones were not working on the last day and we had to carry our luggage a long way to the lobby.

Great location on corner of Ao Nang beach, easy to walk and explore Ao Nang / take boats to Railey and islands. Delicious breakfast, lots of variety and foods refilled during breakfast. Super nice and welcoming staff everywhere (security, front desk, waiters, etc). Restaurant with thai and western food open all day next to the beach. Bar in pool and next to beach. Calm corner of the beach and nice viewpoint. Not too much noise from boats. Able to see fireshows on the beach (2 minute walk). Quiet, calm, walkable resort with nature (monkeys, crabs, frogs, fish, etc). Large luxury room was perfect for a couple. Large pools and many sun beds by pool and beach. Two water bottles free per day.

You'll hear the people in the connecting room if they are loud. Not able to connect phone to TV. Amenities by pools and in room are getting old. Mini-golf, archery, gym room are not up-to-date and/or available. Cleaning can be hit or miss.

Very well located, calm resort, with a private beach at Ao Nang beach. Breakfast was really nice.

I have booked a transfer with the help of a front office agent. However, since I've arranged it late in the afternoon, it was arranged with an outside partner and in the morning the other agent told me that there is nobody here and I must booked via the hotel which costs almost double. However, after my complaints miraculous they realized that the driver was waiting for me... Be aware, it is a common scam...

It was the last hotel we stayed in Thailand, so we opted for a hotel with more luxury and comfort. The hotel is in a central and safe area of ​​Krabi. We chose a villa with a private pool. The villa was large and spacious, with a large comfortable bedroom, a good living room, a large bathroom with bathtub and shower. We did not try the hotel pools or other hotel things. The hotel also allows you to stay in a more private area of ​​Ao Nang Beach, with sun loungers just meters from the water.

The private pool was a little cold and in the morning it appeared green. We informed the employees who quickly carried out the cleaning. The breakfast could be a little more varied, particularly in relation to fruit.

The location was great and had a direct privat beach. As is was on the end of the Long Beach it was very quite and nice, but also close enough to all other crowded places. We had a very good time. Air conditioned rooms and very nice stuff. The rooms are comfortable, however would maybe need bit of renovation. Nevertheless very clean and beds are comfortable. Only one negative point were the mosquitoes! The room and bathroom was full and there was no devise or solution to get rid of them. This could be improved!
