Excellent location for access to the dive boats! The apartment was spacious and extremely comfortable, with a large balcony (although I saw that not all apartments have this), large smart TV, excellent bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, especially when I needed to extend my stay at short notice. Although there are cheaper places in Chalong, this was very good value for the money.

Only minor drawbacks but cleaning was only provided once a week and there were no cleaning materials in the apartment; there was no washing machine although the facilities listed on Booking.com indicated that there would be.

location to the pier. the small protected enclave that it is situated in. so close to villa market and the fantastic thai cafe opposite, and the coffee shop was superb. loved the roof top pool. the security guards were lovely.

That there was no dishwashing liquid or cloth to wipe down benches and do small dishes. A broom would be handy as lots of dirt gathers on the balcony. the hot water seemed to start running out about 2 minutes into shower.

Comfortable for a long stay (30 days for us). Two beautiful pools, a nice gym, very comfortable bed, weekly cleaning, international grocery store and night market within walking distance, good location for training at nearby gyms for BJJ.

Occasionally I had a hard time sleeping due to karaoke at a nearby bar, management tried to charge me for staining a washcloth that I bought (due to the fact that there weren't any provided). It would have been nice to have been provided SOME cleaning supplies. Kitchen utensils are minimal but they get the job done.

The apartment was spacious, clean and in a great location. You have really good cafes next door and a big shopping mall. 10 min from Kata beach, 15 min to Big buddha, 10 min to Rawai. The pools in the buildings are amazing with nice views. The gym also has a good amount of equipment, no spinning bike though. The living room has a big sofa and one person could sleep on there too. Netflix available on Tv and another tv in the bedroom.

The bed was a bit small for 2 people and there were only 2 glasses and 2 cups in the kitchen.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. The entire facility is very clean and well maintained. It's located right behind a small shopping center with a supermarket, very convenient. There's also a coin operated laundry machines across the street, coffee shops and restaurants are also nearby.

The parking area is a bit tight and sometimes not enough parking space available.

Great condo as far as I'm concerned! I spent a month in Tower 3. The apartment is brand new, well equipped and maintained. Very quiet, comfortable, cleaning is done every week, and all the staff I have dealt with has always been polite and helpful. I also rented for an extra month 😊

Apartment was nice and well kept, and the complex has great facilities, including a gym and 2 pools. Close to a supermarket and basic amenities including laundry :)

Highly recommend! Ideal spot to stay, perfectly located in a quiet area, close to all the training facilities, the beaches and shopping. The room is comfortable, fully equipped and perfectly clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. Nice pool and gym. Excellent value for money
