The staff were amazing – very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was great, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy the surroundings.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t very strong, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the breakfast was average and could have had more variety. The area around the hotel was a little dirty, which took away from the overall experience.

Absolutely amazing stay! Hotel is very nice and location good especially if you rent a scooter (which can be rented from hotel). Nice terrace overlooking Kata with stunning mountain view, beautiful pool with outdoor shower right next to it. Their gym is very well equipped and has aircon and fans. Food is good, hotel is new and clean. Last but not least, the staff is AMAZING! Definitely 10/10! I can highly recommend and will come back as soon as I can.

Quite frankly, we initially chose this hotel based on other reviews talking about the exceptional manager, Eh'Eh. We wanted to stay at a place where we felt valued and could rely on the helpfulness of the staff for booking excursions, taxis, and restaurant recommendations. Every reviewer who loves Eh'Eh is exactly right!!! She was AMAZING!! She helped us with taxis, she set up spur of the moment cooking classes for us, and she directed us to her favorite walking distance restaurants. Oh, and, her hotel was top notch. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms stayed nice and cool, the place was spotless, the verandas were comfortable for evening lounging, my kids loved the pool (which is pretty cool to back up to an aquarium), the breakfast was plentiful and varied (my tween loved the cold cereal options and pastries), and Eh'Eh even surprised my newly minted 17yr old (and us) with a birthday cake!! He was thrilled with the attention. He told us it was the best thing of the day. (When someone can add a huge bonus to an older teen boy's vacation that doesn't include technology, I count that as a rockstar move!!) We appreciated a quieter location that was still within short walking distance to the beach and shopping. All in all, a 10/10 and 5 stars hotel all the way.

If you managed to find this hotel and it has a free room - you got lucky. Our family has been visiting Thailand very often for the last 10 years and has been in a lot of parts of it and in a lot of hotels. We can say that it was a short but most cozy and enjoyable place we had been(we continued our stay there for several more days) . For us it was the best location, not in a busy and crowded place but in a short walk for 5-10 minutes you can get to the beach, restaurants, shops and so on. Best and lovely staff(Eh-eh you are the best, keep it up), best coffee(made from Sweden beans from the owner). Breakfasts are more like at home. Not a lot of choice but very good. Fresh fruits. My kid was happy with their pancakes. Fresh and clean room, nice cleaning every day, very good bathroom and bathroom accessories. Thanks a lot for an enjoyable and comfortable stay! It was beyond praise and felt like home.

Clean, amazing staff who were very helpful and accommodating. Good location that is walkable to the beach, market, nearby shops and restaurants. Also a good jumping off point for nearby beaches and other attractions. Hotel has all the amenities you need and coordinate tours, motorbikes rentals, airport transfers, etc for a reasonable price. Eh Eh was just incredible. She was so friendly and made you feel like you were staying at a family members house. We loved spending an evening chatting about life with her.

The owner might be the nicest person I've met on my 3-week trip in Thailand. Very easy communication through Whatsapp, good English, helpful advice, etc. I even saw her offer a birthday cake to one of her guests. Very clean and modern room. (The hotel is quite new.) Location is good and quiet, a 15-minute walk to the loud Kata beach front.

No elevator, which isn't great if your room is on one of the top floors (i.e. 4th or 5th).

Very friendly staff / the owner is a very lovely woman / loundry service + motorbike rental both provided by Hotel reception to very fair price , same price as outside. Nice small pool area. Its a small guest house very new furnished and all mew standart in the rooms. ( 2-3 years maybe ) Breakfast very basic. ( fresh made eggs / toast / coffee / jam / fruit / small hotel = small Breakfast but its absolut ok.

Keep in your mind, no elevater available there. You need to take the stairs. Nothing negative to say.

Pkuket was our first destination in Thailand. When we arrived, the manager was really nice and welcoming. She helped us with everything, replied to our doubts and made our experience in the island much better. The hotel is very nice. 5 minutes from the main road, calm and with different balconies by each floor. The fitness center was incredible. The room was quite spacious. Thank tou for everything!

I liked everything.

Staff are very friendly, kind and really nice. Everything in the hotel is brand new and I really loved the gym it had a lot of equipment for a small gym including boxing gear. The swimming pool has a nice touch with a fish tank at the end you can see it as you approach the hotel entrance. Check in and check out very smooth and location is good with bike rental on site.

Everything was excellent! Big tasty breakfasts, clean large room with terrace, good bed, sunny weather, warm sea, divine Thai food...we liked this hotel and it was so great to walk from it to the sea about 10-15 minutes a few times per day! The owner, Eh'eh, is so cheerful beautyful woman! We are totally in love with her and her hotel! She helps us everytime, even in the middle of the night:)
