Good bungalows, staff are great, very helpful although English is limited (better than my Thai). Very quiet considering off the main road. Got a pool which is very nice as hardly anyone else uses it, few sun loungers and umbrellas - always some available. Breakfast is good, you can have as mush as you want just keep ordering, from fry up, pancakes, fruit & yogurt, fruit juices to fried rice. When we arrived I asked about a safe, they then fitted one in our room within 15 min. Great place to chill, very close to restaurants, bars and shops and a 10 min walk to beach. Can't get better for the money, definitely recommend if on a budget - but don't expect 5 star resort standard as fairly basic. My wife and I had one bungalow and our 2 kids had the one next door - perfect for us.

The breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location of the property is a nice distance from the beach and the restaurants and the sound from the main road was not heard within the bungalow. Grounds of the bungalows are beautiful, peaceful and well kept. Rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels and beds made, even had clothes folded on the bed neatly if you had left them out.

Could do with an extra PowerPoint and the tv is not really needed. Would make room bigger and easier storage if not in there.

Our room was very dirty when we arrived. (My husband cleaned it) Room was quite small Bathroom very basic and the tap on the sink required a plumbing degree to turn it off. Overall, the inability to communicate with the staff on site was a difficulty that we didn't need.

lovely pool kept very clean. Good location for shops restaurants and the gardens in the property are just being tidy up lovely plants and trees. villa good location bed very comfortable. clean towels every day and always cleaned every day. hot water in shower and good air on and fan. bottled water every day and a good selection at breakfast

Not as close to the beach as described about a 20min walk. The villa needs a refurb as furniture is very dated and the walls need painting to make it look better

Very peaceful location just off the main road with lovely garden vegetation and a very pleasant pool. The rooms were simple but comfortable and very clean. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was fine. All in all very good value and we enjoyed our stay! (2 adults 2 children)

Again a perfect time at Krathom Khaolak! It is close to the main road but very quiet. Few minutes to the beach. Thank you and see you again next time!

Bungalows were cute, lovely tropical gardens, nice pool. Nice big fridge, good fan and air con. Set back from busy and polluted main road in Khao Lak. Staff tried to help with some issues

My door handle was very difficult to lock when going out, so I often needed staff to do it for me. There were gaps in the door frame that let mosquitos in so I had to stuff them with socks and paper. I could not lock the door at all when I was inside my bungalow, but felt safe at the resort. My friend thought she found bed bugs in her basic bungalow. To their credit though, the staff moved her right away to a nice villa.

The bungalow was very simple not a problem at all but therefore way overpriced. Just a bed, hard mattress and simple bathroom.20€ would have been enough.

The price for the bungalow was way to high for the minimal and simple inside. The TV ( i don’t need and use it but was very 80‘s 😀, shower had not much pressure but was ok.
