Location was very good. It was neat and clean. Had a great view.
In the shower, the caddy was broken. There were only shower towels. No hand towels.

Great pool .very close to beach.we had the free breakfast which was not the best but free cold (eggs) .room was ok for short stay clean bathroom same. For the price good
The only thing is quite a lot of pigeons about and they have netting around the balconies I understand why but higher up a few have been caught in the net .I think management should clear them away .as they look as if they have been there for a while .

I like the swimming pool but couldn't use because was raining all the time I was there
After 1 month in Thailand and never experienced that before in any hotel. Even before hello I was sprayed with something, because of covid, they say. Stop being stupid, instead of that you could put the measure temperature machine.

Bed was super comfortable and the room was very nice on the inside
The fact that you can't turn off the balcony light on your own. They must have some sort of "lights out" time. It's pretty stupid to have to pull darkening curtains closed at 10 o'clock at night so you can go to sleep. Also didn't like the five dead pigeons I saw hanging in the "fish net" type material covering the balconies. They have it around the pool as well and I spent 20 mins this morning trying to free a pigeon that was trapped in this netting right next to the pool. Managed to get it loose but it's wing and leg were so tightly tangled it just sort of hopped away. It'll be dead by this weekend I'm quite sure. I'm not huge animal lover but this is just gross and would probably be very traumatic to some others who stay there. I'm not sure what their goal is for putting this stuff up everywhere but they did achieve one thing: a customer who will never return there.
