The location is excellent and considering all the bars and nightclubs nearby it was surprisingly quiet. Definitely can hear the music, but it didn't disturb my sleep. The bedding was very comfortable and the room was small but well designed. The staff spoke English well and were helpful and attractive. For a budget, I highly recommend this hotel. The cafe and bar served amazing food and drinks at very fair prices. I loved the French toast and their house gins were really good, even for someone who isn't into gin.

The beach was underwhelming. The cafe/restaurant had a great view, but stepping down onto the beach it was somewhat unattractive and the water is very shallow for as long as you can wade. The southern end of the beach is where the good swimming is, but it's farther out of the center of things and more expensive.

Lovely hotel centrally located in Chaweng. We stayed for one night and were very pleased with our experience. It’s located at the top of the strip, right on the beach, and is a short walk to all the bars and restaurants. This place was perfect for us as it was a lot more peaceful and quiet than more of the party hotels on the beach/in the town. The staff were great, the place was spotless and there was a lovely pool bar. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quieter, yet centrally located, alternative to the louder party resorts further down the strip.

Good location - shops, cafe, 7/11 - all is near by hotel. Nice and fresh design, good bar and food. In room available beach bag with towels.

Pure water pressure in bath, also first days hot water was not available. Soundproofing pretty bad, and you can hear also music from other hotels/bars

There was excellent off street parking across from the hotel.This is type of hotel that if you just want a great location for nightlife it’s perfect but for relaxation it’s not the greatest

The location is fantastic right on the beach but still just a short walk to all the restaurants and shopping. The rooms are clean very well appointed and modern. The staff are amazing! Mark and his team, including Nat, King and Top among others, were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome! And the food is great! Delicious and fresh. Cocktails and smoothies were delicious too👌🏻

Beds are very very firm. We asked for a mattress topper which they were happy to provide.

They gave us a free upgrade for a room with a window and a balcony!!! No questions asked, no reasons given, literally just upgraded us. 24 hour reception and you can ask them to watch something for you easily. They also have a trustworthy motorbike rental for 300baht a day, they ask you to sign a contract and video the motorbike beforehand. Also, we had to check out early on our final day, and so they gave us a massive breakfast box with drinks for each of us! Super accomodating, wide variety of choices in breakfast, pool was super clean, staff were so kind, room was clean and always cleaned daily, and shower was amazing (it’s one of those rainfall ones) with quick temperature control!!!! Literally couldn’t have asked for more. Everything you need is here. Also central to everything, 12 minutes from the airport, has a private beach, just amazing!

Location was good, did not hear traffic noises inside. Breakfast options were okay and it was generally good if we went to eat early (could contain more topping choices with bread). Rooms were clean and I liked the style (should've taken a room with a balcony because the one without felt too small and like a box.) Bathroom was nice and good water pressure. Good and firm beds, great pillows. Pool area was nice and the restaurant within the hotel had tasty food and drinks.

The ocean were pretty rough so couldn't swim there, also it was at times a little dirty. I was overall happy with the hotel but I accidentally forgot my bag of clothes there as we left and when I called to them they said that it wasn't there anymore. It was my mistake to leave it but it still made me a little bit sad that it just somehow disappeared in there.

The location is great, the rooms are nice and clean, nice beach out the front. The front desk reception staff are really nice. The restaurant next door called Moonshine is great.

The restaurant staff didn’t seem to smile and didn’t seem happy.. I went to use the kayak at 5:34 and I was told by the neck tattoo guy that I can’t book it out past 5:30pm.. If you’re female you can book it out until dark though because we saw that 😆 He was nice to females. My girlfriend filmed other girls booking out the kayak after 5:30pm. If you want to use the plastic crappy stand up paddle you have to pay.. you can hire kayaks and SUPs down the beach if you want. There is also construction of a hotel next door so you may hear an excavator and jackhammer during the day, up until dark some times.

The direct access to the beach is a definite plus, and the views are incredible at any point of the day. The hotel has been bags that can be moved around so it's nice to enjoy the shade directly on the beach. Staff was super nice, rooms very clean ; good products in the bathroom ; beach bag and towels were provided. The bar had pretty good cocktails and smoothies. The hotel is literally 10 minutes away from Koh Samui airport.

Breakfast was average - I personally prefer exploring outside of hotels generally speaking, better value for money. We went at the very end of monsoon season, so it was quiet, but rooms in the first building probably get a lot of noise though as the hotel (like many others in the area) stretches from the main street to the beach.
