Stunning decor, very clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved the free cookies and coffee/tea.

I did not appreciate the very loud club music infiltrating my dreams and turning them into nightmares. You could feel the bass from the subwoofer through the walls till 2am. I’m not sure where the clubbing took place but it felt like it was either directly above or below us.

A few maintenance issues in the bathroom. A loud party until 1 am one night—probably the staff should post quiet hours from 10 pm until 8 am.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at At Niman, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The rooms at this hotel are not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the room decor and furnishings create a serene and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. What truly sets At Niman apart is the incredible breakfast they serve. From the moment you step into the outside area, you are greeted with a wide variety of delicious options. Whether you prefer a hearty breakfast Northern Thailand breakfast or eggs, bacon, and freshly baked pastries, or a lighter option with fresh fruits and yogurt, they have it all. The presentation of the food is impeccable, and the flavors are simply outstanding. The staff at At Niman are also worth mentioning. They are attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Their warm hospitality truly adds to the overall experience and makes you feel like a valued guest. If you're looking for a hotel with beautiful and comfortable rooms, as well as an incredible breakfast, I highly recommend At Niman. It exceeded my expectations in every aspect, and I can't wait to visit again.

In the downstairs room there was some issues with the toilet plumbing. There could be more comfortable seating by the pool.

To Joy and all the amazing staff ,  After staying with you for a week  We must say that we had the best  Experience ever !!! The hotel is beautiful , very well designed with super interesting architecture and one of a kind art pieces every where you look.   The breakfast is over the top great and every morning was a culinary experience that lasted until the day after .  The place is always clean and the unlimited complimentary coffee and tea area are a super fun touch . The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the garden as a relaxing area after all our touring and exploring of the wonderful Chiang Mai area.  But above all are the staff which will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and more than at home .  Each and every one was so kind and helpful...the hotel service is truly amazing! That we had to leave

Loved the decor, ambiance and our room (great bed!) on top floor with balcony. The breakfast was not buffet but very good.

Wish we had known from the start that one had to pre-order breakfast the day before... Minor thing in shower is that one cannot get perfect temperature w/out turning on the diverter (losing half of water pressure) because whoever installed it, did so incorrectly.

The breakfast is awesome, like omg super good but they serve a LOT of food and there's no way you can eat all of it. Also, they have tea, fruits, biscuits, coffee and fresh water 24 hours for you to take, that's nice. The service is nice as well.

The room is beautiful but not very functional, it doesn't have a proper closet, they provide some hangers and there is a small rack to hang your clothes, but it's quite short. We missed the nice flowers after the third day, they just stopped putting them in the room. Also the windows and curtains are quite old and they don't seal good enough for noises from the outside.

This place is much more charming and vibier than the pictures show. It was like if anthropologie had a boutique hotel! I only wish I had more time to enjoy it.

Having to use the padlock on my door was a bit cumbersome. The garden room has a beautiful wooden door but it didn't feel very well sealed and so mosquitoes seemed to get in easily. I had to ask for several mosquito repellant plug-ins.

Truly exceptional stay, I would definitely book this again if I'm ever back in Chiang Mai (hopefully so!). The staff is really polite and accommodating, and helped us enormously in making the most of our visit. The hotel itself is beautiful, relaxing and peaceful - both the room and the common areas. I didn't get to try the pool, sadly we had a short stay, but it looks beautiful, and it was nice to relax next to it. The room is well insulated both in terms of sound and of temperature, it was a really cozy place to relax after a long day. We were even offered a free upgrade upon arrival! The location is right where you want to be, in the middle of Nimman. Plenty of interesting places nearby to check out, also walking distance to a 7/11 and a really good/cheap laundry place. One of the most memorable parts is honestly the breakfast, do try the thai breakfast options, they are really really good and authentic, and can easily be enough food to skip lunch! Khao man gai is a must-try! You just need to order what you want the day before.

Wish we had stayed for longer!

Such a cute little boutique hotel close to many restaurants, shops and 7-11’s. The property was very unique and had a Mediterranean/Thai feeling. The owner and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the little cat that seemed to make the hotel his home.

I personally didn’t like the smell of the oil reed room diffuser. It had a musty smell to me. No big deal! I just placed it out side the front door.
