The villa is right on the beach, you are in the middle of all action. The rooms are very large and really cozy, they also have a pristine pool if you wish to use it. But I liked the staff the most! I actually rented a motorbike and I had a small crash, surprisingly they were a lot more interested in my well being than the damage I did to the motorbike. Lovely people. They were very fare in assessing the damages. They accepted for us to have a longer check-out (by six hours) for 200 THB per hour, they found a speed boat when we left. Anything we wanted, they found a way. Special mention of the woman at the reception Anii (Anyy, Honey I'm not sure) who was always there to check all is perfect. A big thank you, we'll be back!

Right on the beach great sea view from our balcony, big rooms everything you need in them. Good breakfast would definitely return to this hotel.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at TC Villa on Beach. The hotel is fantastic, and my accommodation was not only beautiful but also impeccably clean. Being right on the beach was a dream. The service was outstanding from start to finish. I was picked up directly from the speedboat drop-off, and everything went smoothly from there. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire crew. A special shoutout for finding my surfer shorts that I had left behind. After I called, they found them and have kindly kept them safe until my friend can pick them up. The excellent service didn't stop there – they even transported me to the other harbor late at night, and all of this was included. Thank you again for making my stay so memorable. Philipp

The rooms were extremely clean, staff super friendly, very quiet despite being on the strip - however this was due to Us having a room at the back which I would recommend. Breakfast was super nice. AC was fantastic

There was nothing wrong with the place, but I would say that if you are staying here- be prepared for there to be a lot of tourists arriving every hour on boats - it was quite noisy due to the beach being small and there being a lot of jet skis and motorbikes - not very relaxing

The hotel was amazing. Very big room, and location is right infront of a beautiful beach. We had a balcony which we used to sit on and chill. Also the fact that they have free breakfast (which is not mentioned in the ad) is a huge plus. We wanted to check out the monkey beach, and the lady on reception organised a taxi for us. Also, free transportation to and from the pier.

Since it is a small family run hotel, there is no reception desk at night. We woke up due to electricity being cut (turns out there were problems with islands power) and therefore AC being off. I went out wanting to ask the staff whats going on, but the room where reception is located was locked. Again, its not a big deal, and did not affect our stay.

It was so peaceful inside and loved the chilled decor. The staff were so welcoming and super helpful

It isn’t a big thing but we felt more comfy seating on the balconies ascertain loved just sitting out with the sound of the waves and the view of the sea, also a little table for the kettle etc as the rooms are really a generous size so plenty of space to add one. I would recommend booking the rooms with access to the pool if you want to use it as it is off limit when guest are booked in them but to be honest we loved being on the top floor as we get the sea view😀

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. I've stayed at many different graded hotels and whilst they have all been clean, this hotel is the cleanest I've ever stayed at. It is absolutely immaculate and very well maintained. Don't be fooled by the front entrance! They have a small pool which is very clean indeed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this stay to anyone, I was beyond impressed with the love and care that they put into these rooms. They serve breakfast too. You will never be disappointed when staying at this hotel. The owners should be very proud of themselves and their wonderful staff that put a lot of love and care into cleaning their many rooms. 10/10

Out of season it's not easy to get an evening meal as most places close around 7-8pm. There is your trusty 7/11 to keep you going at night though!

I usually don’t write these, but at first I was a bit skeptical about this place but the service turned out to be fantastic, staff were the best and I really enjoyed and would surely recommend and will surely go back. It’s a small family run hotel but I was really impressed with everything, especially the breakfast, the cooks should be commended as everything was prepared perfectly and very good.

The only thing was the pillows were a little hard but not a deal breaker

Lovely hotel. Large clean and well appointed room. A great place for families to stay. Next time I would book into the pool villa as that looked great with a nice pool. All the public areas were very clean and freshly decorated and well looked after. Friendly staff. Good choice for breakfast and the location of breakfast room is a great spot right on the beach front road.

Nothing about the hotel detracted from a good visit to Kho Larn. No hesitation in recommending this hotel to stay at. Unfortunately the beach at this side of island is exceptionally busy, limited access for swimming as so many boats and jet skis in the water.

This accommodation was so good we stayed an extra night. The location is great. 6 steps & and you're on the best beach & Bay for every type of water sport you choose. TC has a section of the beach with umbrellas & loungers for guests to enjoy free of charge. They have a small bar & restaurant for breakfast, which was egg's/bacon/sausage toast tea/coffee/juice, etc, then traditional Thai food like pad Thai & rice There is a swimming pool, but I believe it's only for use for people who have pool access apartments. I saw it & other than cooling off, it wasn't missed. We booked one of 3 Seaview rooms. All excellent views. Balcony & seats. Nobody above. They are over the beach front. So normally noise from about 8 am till midnight but if you sleep light take ear plugs. Room as an ensuite shower. Fridge & kettle. TV. Aircon. Comfortable mattress. OK, pillows. Nice size. Clean, decorated reasonably. The staff offer pier pickup. Tawen beach is a 15 minute walk. The other side of the island is 15mins by taxi/bike. They will pick up at either. All the staff were wonderful. We will return 🫶🙏
