It was near to the hustle and bustle of hadd rin, almost 7-10mins walk to the beach. It was quite clean and minimal, common area was good to socialize with people

Bathroom draining is little messed up, water clogging is normal after shower Cash payment was requested even though booking was pre-authorized with card

Location was absolutely perfect. WiFi worked perfectly. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot. Highlight is how lovely the owner was. He greeted us every time we passed, asked our plans for the day and just generally was very welcoming. He also arranged our taxis to and from the port for a very fair price and our tickets for any events we wanted to attend. I would highly recommend staying here.

Location is good, only 5 min walk to the Full Moon Party (and any other happening basically). Comfortable beds. Hot shower. Friendly employees. You get water every day.

The transport organized by the hotel from the pier. It’s cheaper and quicker if you organize it yourself. There are also a lot of stairs and no elevator. They helped us with luggage when we were checking in, and when we asked for help at checking out, they said “okay” but nobody came to help us.

Jack the host was so friendly. Welcomed us in and helped us get around Koh Phangan. When we arrived in the room he left us snacks and water. Great location and rooms were just what we needed for a couple days drinking and the full moon party. Right next to breakfast/food places. Would recommend

The beds were comfy and the room was clean. It’s a perfect location for the full moon party. The owner was also a really lovely, helpful man who clearly cared a lot about his guests. He always waved at us in the street and asked if we had an issues or needed anything. And was really helpful when we had questions about laundry, scooters and taxis

The room was clean and comfortable. It had a great balcony to enjoy a drink and some fresh air. Our host, was an absolute gem, so kind and welcoming.

clean, comfortable and great central location. the staff running the guesthouse treated the guests like family couldn’t do enough for you and nothing was too much trouble. easy to use air con and powerful shower.

no window in the room to open to allow air. no safety box. no mini fridge or tea/coffee.

The owner went above and beyond for us. The location was close to local restaurants and about a 5/10min walk from the Full Moon Party Beach.

The only thing the room was missing was a fridge and a kettle.

Located in the centre of Haad Rin and a short walk to both the Haad Rin Pier and the infamous Full Moon Party, Richmond is run by Jack - a friendly Thai gentleman who was happy to sit and chat and learn about his guests and where they come from. Super friendly. I booked a twin room and ended up giving it to some friends and they were really pleased.

I can imagine that in pre-scam-demic times, it might have been rowdy during Full Moon Party, but currently, it's not a problem at all.

Jack, the owner, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Not far from Haad Rin beach if you're there for the full moon party. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The aircon can be very loud and the surrounding area can be a bit noisy, so make sure to bring earplugs.
