Our owner host, Khun Ya was fabulous. Extremely friendly and helpful. She attended to all of our requests for info and help promptly. Btw she speaks excellent English too. The boutique hotel provides ample bottles of water and free coffee - sometimes, it's the little things that makes the difference. Location of the hotel is really great, with easy access to lots of good food (even better the generally more popular Lee Gardens hotel with its night market still not in operation). Strongly recommend for visitors to Hatyai to stay with Khun Ya's fabulous hotel. Do support an entrepreneur like her.

Obviously not perfect. It's not a 5 star establishment. But it's tremendous value for money. So, there's really nothing not to like about the hotel.

We were not sure about this hotel but it exceded our expectations by far. We had a room with a balcony. It would have been so much nicer to not have the design of the building block the view from the balcony. The area was small business and homes above. We met so many nice people as we walked. At the end of the street were many places to eat and it was easy walking to the market. In the morning you could make yourself toast and coffee down in the lobby. I felt like home. The rooms were small just like you see in the pictures but very clean. We will go back to Hat Yai someday and choose Get Guesthouse to stay.

We did not like the design of the building that cut off the view of the street from the balconies. I love to see how people live their daily lives and it was difficult to see through the design.

Get Guesthouse 2, is a 3-storey (I'm not pretty sure) building with an elevator. Staff generally friendly. Our room was on the second floor, it had a window with a sliding door that gives you access to the balcony, with partial views of the city. The room was clean, nice and the size was not big but not small either and room service was done daily. The bathroom in the room, pleasant, of good size and clean. The Get Guesthouse 2, in the lobby area, has an area where you can serve yourself coffee or tea, as well as toast. The location of the hotel is good, close to many places to eat, two 7 Eleven, and several temples, the area is quite busy, so it is not a problem to walk around it at night.

The location was great it is close to all the key places in Hatyai City. The rooms were small but very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was amazing, especially the one I spoke to on WhatsApp. The staff answered every queries we had and even gave us amazing recommendations. From where to have dinner, moo ping (grilled pork skewers) or even massage!! The staff even followed up with us the next day if we manage to have the moo ping. My friend also left his cable at the hotel when we checked out and the person came and message us to let us know. Thank you so much for the amazing stay and service!!

The only thing that I didn’t like was probably that the walls was not very sound proof. We could here ppl talking from other rooms or from downstairs.

free flow of drinks (coffee, tea and mineral water) and toast bread with jam, and snacks at the lounge area. All these are being served 24 hours, without any particular hour restriction. Their lobby lounge area is nicely design. Within walking distance, there are two 7-Eleven convenient store, a lot of restaurants which is super convenient, especially when you are hungry at nighttime.... (There are plenty of choices of food selection) Within walking distance to the Kim Yong morning market area. The guesthouse come with lift too, although it is just a few storey building (at least we don't need to carry our luggage up)

View from the room is facing the back lane, not so attractive but acceptable. Since it is a guesthouse, so cannot expect they have the gym room and other special facilities.....

The hotel environment is clean and neat. The most I like from the hotel is the hotel staff ~ Ms.Pui, she is a very helpful, polite and patient front desk I met . she help me solve a big problem during my trip. And thanks to the hotel owner on helping also. I will definitely come back again and sure will highly recommend this hotel to every one. Additional note this hotel location is super convenient, walking distance to Lee Garden night market and Kim yeong market. surrounded with local food as well.

The location very strategic to Lee Garden around 200meter from Hotel. Room clean. Have a lift, Easy for disabled children with stroller or wheelchair. Hotel clean. staff friendly and can speak Bahasa Melayu. Easy to communicate each other. 7E near from hotel. Easy to buy halal food at this area.

But the parking limited. still get Parking but quit far from hotel maybe 200meter. The road crowded when pick hour. sor far so good
