The rooms were clean and spacious. Service staff were mostly able to communicate fluently in English. Overall a comfortable place to stay in.

The photos on the website gave an impression that there were plenty of water play/swim/dipping area. However upon arrival we were informed that the swimming pool was only one small section of the hotel. Would have loved for more areas to be accessible for swimming/dipping. The sofa in my hotel room had a smell that lingered for the entire duration giving the impression it was not cleaned after the last user. Instructions of which direction to turn the faucet would be helpful in the bathroom. The tiled floor seemed to be cleaned with shoe shine making it slippery and high tendency for falls to occur. The room could do with more utensils at the sink and bar area.

The room decoration is excellent! Nice, Comfy and staffs very helpful for all requests and great room services.( we ordered some fancy drink and dessert) Plus, exceptional service mind from all crews. The hotel is pretty new (2 yrs old) so the room is new, nice and smart TV for enjoy our youtube also variety choices of breakfast. (European, Thai local and middle Thai) In conclusion, Me and my sisters had very quality time at this hotel.

may be just the location that you may need to have a car to go around. if we can reverse the time, we wish we would choose to stay longer.

For the price I got, the property's facilities and size which is comparable to places famous in major cities in Thailand and even neighbor countries, I must say it exceedingly surpass my expectations. From curb side, main lobby, amenities and the room size, EXCEPTIONAL ❤️❤️❤️

It still has room for improvement specially opportunity that the property can take advantage specially for foreign or local who does not have means of transportation. To get here, though there are GRAB which works from Hatyai only, once you get off the property either you rent a 400 baht private car or walk to the neares town. I hope that the property see this as a concern and and opportunity to be take advantage.

Booking the hotel was a pleasant and seamless experience, staff were very helpful when we needed to amend the arrival date to one day earlier. Upon arrival we were greeted by professional, efficient, courteous staff, refreshing drinks provided, checked in quickly, and concierge immediately transferred luggage to our suite.

The hotel is located slightly out of Songklha City, and I believe guests, and the hotel would benefit from having a large sign of the hotel's name and branding made highly visible at the exit Soi where the hotel's located. I used Sat Nav and located with relative ease. Had a sign been there it would remove any doubt.

Calm and quiet Neat and clean Swimming pool and gym was good.

Breakfast has many varieties, but mostly the same for the five days, could have more variety for a 5 to 7 day stay. No nearby shops/facilities to walk and explore. Have to depend on the hotels restaurant and cafe. If you drive it might not be a problem, else getting around isn't easy.

1. The kids pool location very hard to find. We end up going around the basement looking for it. Also the pool looks okay average compared to the pool deck decor view. That one just for photo op. The kids pool another area. Other than this, we had awesome stay

Hotel staff were friendly, polite and willing in accommodating our specific request. All the facilities were well maintained Loved the buffet breakfast!

Limited facilities for children to play, would be great if they could dedicate a children's room Limited food options in the area. You will need to drive out unless eating at the hotel restaurant.

Super room, great facilities, dinner was way beyond what we expected. Bed was perfect, pillows also. Beyond expectations. Considering the difficulties we had with front of house on arrival, we weren't expecting much from dinner but it was excellent, way better than we had hoped. Perfectly cooked, great service and good value!

Rooms service was a dreadful struggle to order anything. It took five calls to get a bottle of champagne (best they had was Prosecco) and first attempt was an an ice bucket, two glasses, no wine but a bill for the ice!!! FoH didn't offer my partner a drink on arrival and as he's younger than me and Malay, bell boys probably made assumptions and treated him like a driver. Not great.

room size was big, pool also good, during checkout, when we call a bellboy, it just minute the boy appear in front our room ( so quick), service was gud, if u a person like to ootd , this hotel was a perfect place becoz exterior was very nice, close to a river, .everything was so nice,definitely i will come again to stay if go to hatyai.

Location wasn't great. You would need a car / scooter to get anywhere. Hat Yai town is 30 minute ride away and about the same for Songkla. There aren't any shops or restaurants nearby. Grab not the easiest to get from hotel.
