The hotel is good, clean and the room is spacious. The location is near to all famous places and easy to get grab. The receptionist is also friendly. Will come again when visiting hatyai.

good location. walking distance to hatyai train station where we took the train to patthalung. Rooms are simple and clean. Standard rooms have no fridge & bottled water but it's ok, lots cheap food & drinks available from shops outside the hotel. Upgraded to superior rooms with fridge & bottled water the first time we were here. Tq v m. Plus points : 1)there are connecting rooms, good for families 2)there's a small car park at the basement, on first come first served basis.

Have a big room, near the odeon, train station, and lee grden. Even tuk tuk easy to reach.

No amenities like, water bottle, coffee sachet, no small referigerator, no electric kettle (have dispensor water at ground floor hotel) but if have a baby parents need to go down to take a hot water, if going down need bring room key for take a lift, then at room no electric at all if bring the key just to take a hot water, its not convenience at all. Need to change on that. Thank you.

The area of the hotel is away from the busyness of Hatyai but still close enough to walk to the main area. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.

Torn bedsheet and no amenities in the toilet such as toothpaste and toothbrushes. No condom was provided in the room like the normal Thai hotel I ever stayed in, but it's good enough. The shower is only hot on the first night, then after that there is no more hot water for the shower.

I was given a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room. The room has 2 complimentary bottled water. There is secured parking with a security attending at night. The location is 5-7 mins walking distance to the lee garden night market, but the night market is considered small in post-covid. Robinson mall is also about 5-7 mins waling distance, you can go to the super market to replenish snacks or water. Besides the A/C, the room has a ceiling fan which is nice to keep the room airy. There is a mini fridge and safe box in the room too. Staff is friendly with a smile, not expecting it but its a service industry and it counts too.

My door card didn't work at the door while I had to hand carry all my luggage back down to 6 floor to the reception to register the door card again. The room was still dusty and with some strands of hair, especially at corners and under the bed. it was not well-cleaned but still generally acceptable, with clean towels and clean bedsheets. Hope they can improve on the cleanliness. The bed is slightly soft.

clean rooms & bathrooms. Upgraded to superior rooms. tq v m. Location in town center. Many shops & restaurants nearby. Very delicious fish porridge & dessert at shops behind the hotel. Many songthaews outside the hotel. We took one songthaew to Rin Nam Restaurant for a sumptuous seafood buffet.

Iron can be requested at the receptionist but limited. I have to wait for the irresponsible tenant in which should be returned within 1 hour. Waiting from night till morning but no return.
