Breakfast had vast choice. Location was good for local food and entertainment. A little bit far out for beach.

Room faced train tracks so was a little noisy

Stayed many times at this hotel and we think this is the best value hotel in this price range in Hua Hin. The rooms are excellent quality with large fridge small kitchenette 50inch TV with Netflix Large comfortable bed Good shower Very clean Good air con and large ceiling fan Excellent pool and good to see the hotel have acted on feedback of guests as there are now many more sunbeds The breakfast is standard fare only complaint really is it is not very hot. The location for us is perfect 5 mins from Baan Khun Por food court 5 mins from soi 94 bars 10 mins from beach and market village

There are a number of long term residents in this hotel and unfortunately one person in particular seems to think he owns the hotel and the pool area reserving certain sunbeds then not using them and complaining about people doing absolutely nothing wrong but simply moving sunbeds into the sun

Great location between Soi94 and Soi88; is right next to railway line but trains infrequent so any noise was limited and only for very short time. Good breakfast - but hot food could be kept a little hotter. Parking on site, didn't use pool or other facilities (pool table, gym, laundry) but they're all available. Dinner menu pretty good; choice of Thai and European food. Overall, definitely worth considering if you're visiting Hua Hin

Room: big and spacious. Sitting area, kitchen, big fridge, lovely balcony, huge shower. Location: at first skeptical but it was actually really good. Close to 2 7 elevens, huge cheap food market nearby, and a short walk to market village (shopping mall). Anything else, use bolt. Facilities: Gym was ok. Some what old treadmills but for strength training it was more than good enough. Swimming pool was big and had good areas for relaxing. Activity room with pool, and more. Kids playground. Restaurant and breakfast was good. Good choice of thai and western options.

Honestly nothing stands out. This hotel surprised us and was great.

We had a pool view which is ok during the day, however is extremely noisy at night because several bars in the area. Also the railway line is right in front of hotel and runs every hour or two!!!!

My 2cnd stay at Seamira house although it Haa been 3 years since my first stay. This time I too a larger room/suite and it was worth doing so. Room was very spacious air conditioning worked well and was quiet. The walk in shower was large and the bathtub on the balcony was big enough to share and was fun. Breakfast offered a good selection and the food nicely presented. Property has amenities near by.To get further grab taxis were very easy and plentiful at low fares.

A couple of things were missing from. My first visit. Neither deal breakers but both set Seamira apart and made my stay more memorable and therefor probably did influence my decision to return. Free coffee all day and a small gift on departure are no longer offered. When making the economic decisions to withdraw small extras such as these it should be considered that people remember the things that set one hotel above another when it comes to repeat business.

The pool area is really nice, so is the hotel cafe and restaurant. breakfast is fine. The staff was fantastic, always nice and helpful.

Rooms are outdated, there are holes in the kitchen cubboard, scratches on the walls. Although generally pretty clean, it's not 100%. cleaners hair was everywhere in the room when we checked in, and under the furniture it's clear no one touched for a long time. This hotel was not inexpensive so we expected more. The hotel is in the bar area of Hua Hin, not great to walk outside at night.

Very spacious rooms with lots of amenities in good condition. However, didn't get to use them as we were staying for 1 night only. Should we re-visit Hua Hin again, this would definitely be a hotel to stay. Location is also OK, not far from the train station.

We asked for the hotel to book us a taxi to Sam Roi Yot, but the price turned out to be almost 2x than what offered by Bolt. When we tried to cancel the taxi booking 2hrs in advance, the hotel receptionists seemed very reluctant to do it, arguing that the booking is already made and we basically must use it. Ultimately, they cancelled, and we used Bolt.

This is a gem of a hotel. It may not be on the beach, but the hotel is fantastic and the beach is close enough. The rooms are HUGE and have a big size fridge and cooker in them if you are staying a bit longer. The rooms are super clean and the shower, lol, could hold 5 people easily. The facilities are great as well with a restaurant/cafe/bar, fitness center, a game room with pool tables and table tennis, laundry room, kids play area and a large swimming pool that has a wade pool at one end to sit in loungers and get a tan. We always stay at this hotel when we drive down.

It's not on the beach, but who cares.

Loved our stay here... We decided on the room with a bath on the balcony, which was great to relax in, and had privacy. The view from the room was really good, overlooking the pool and the north of Hua Hin. The room itself was exceptionally clean, and comfortable. We loved the pool design, and plenty of seats to relax. They've got a small gym, and a games room with table tennis, pool table, archery and other things. The location was great for us, although it's on a fairly busy road with no pavement, we had no trouble walking anywhere. Many bars nearby, but far enough not to hear any noise. Also a huge food court 2 mins away. Thanks for a lovely stay :)
