The entire staffs of The Rock is absolutely lovely, they work diligently and always wear a smile on their face. We also love the bedroom, we were staying in Jacuzzi plus and it's absolutely phenomenal. The room comes with a jacuzzi pool that's quite small but sufficient enough for a bit of splash to get away from the heat. The room is always cleaned very early. They also provide nespresso machine for coffee lover like myself. Our favourite service is their laundry service. We generally get our clothes back very early and it always smell so good. The hotel provided shuttle service (which we used a couple of times) that brought us to BluPort, Market Village shopping centers and Hua Hin night market. It only depart 3 times a day but Grab is very easy to use there if you cant make the schedule. There is a small convenience store within walking distance to the hotel. Cicada and Tamarind market is about 16 minutes walk, we do not recommend walking in the heat though. The spa is also amazing, highly recommended, book early as they also closes very early.

While this is not particularly the hotel issue, the access to the beach isn't terribly easy, the area that linked to the beach is generally high tide and doesn't look very safe to go in. Jacuzzi, while sufficient for us, the pressure aren't that strong so it's not really useful.

Beautiful apartment, really huge must have been 150 sq mt at least, very high standard, fabulous bed and bedding (that’s important, great sleeps), private pool, fabulous shower, could not wish for better. Great pool, very warm, right on the beach. Note however at this time of year the tide is in during most of the day so you cannot sunbathe on the beach, swimming is possible after say 4pm. Staff are lovely, breakfast is fab-ulous, would stay here again.

From the UK I would say we come for sunshine (maybe that is just us, I don’t know). And the hotel has definitely provided plenty of shade, I think too much. The private pool we made less use of because there is an immovable canopy sharing it from the sun.

from moment of checking in the staff have been excellent from the chap who guides my car parking to the senior management it's been so friendly and courteous nothing has been too much trouble. The room I booked is a Jacuzzi pool room on the ground floor it's very well equipped a lovely rain shower large bath extremely comfortable king bed the air conditioning is very efficient so always comfortable in the room. There is adequate tea coffee supplies in the room. I used room service a couple of times and the food from there was delivered quickly and was very tasty. The breakfast buffet has a wide choice plus you can order extras like omelettes, noodles and the staff there so friendly. The swimming pool is of a good size with plenty of loungers with steps leading down straight to the sea. I would recommend this hotel as its quiet but things are easily accessible by constant flow of taxi buses or the hotel shuttle service

We liked almost everything about this hotel. It’s stylish, modern, well furnished. We lived in a suite and we loved it- there’s everything you may need, even wine glasses, a bottle of wine and a cocktail set. The staff is welcoming, the sea side is nearby (but not for swimming because of the waves), it’s quiet and enjoyable. So far my best stay in Hua Hin. Nice common areas where you can sit and work

The breakfast wasn’t really full of options, and it was almost the same every day. There was a hair in the bathroom sink, but it’s a common problem all over Asia - these long dark hair pretty much everywhere.

The rock resort is a a definite boutique style beachfront resort close enough to Hua Hin town, shopping & dining, but far enough to feel away from it all as well. These things I especially liked. The beach which feels private and has low and high tides, a superb swimming pool with a bar and eating facility. Glorious view of the ocean from pool area. The actual resort has very spacious luxury rooms with attention to detail with huge balconies or terraces and plunge pools. You feel absolutely comfortable and chilled in the rooms. The gardens and leisure areas around the property are delightful and at night are especially pretty with lights and calming music. The staff and friendly service by everyone is a total highlight and a great reason to stay here. Management are hands on and everyone smiles and tries there best to make you happy. The daily free shuttles are also appreciated and the proximity to the two famous weekend markets is also a bonus.

Nothing really - Breakfast could have been more diverse for Western tastes, but that is a very minor issue.

The environment. the people On the we were leaving, the floor manager (sorry I did not get your name due to the rush), he recommended us to take another mini bus from bluport to ekkamai Bangkok instead of going to market village station. This is really a good idea. We managed to reach ekkamai in 3.5hrs and we reached our hotel in sukhumvit early. Thank you very much and thank you to all the staff in the resort, you are great.

Some maintenance is required to be done. Esp the toilet bowl. I think the seal between the bowl and the floor has broken, foul smell keeps coming out

We had a superb stay at "The Rock" with a spacious and comfortable room that had a sea view from the balcony. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and hospitable and nothing was too much trouble for Dada the Head of Client Relations. The beautiful gardens gave the hotel a resort vibe and the impressive breakfast buffet is certainly great value.

The only areas to improve I can think of would be to have complimentary tea available and have ecological soap and hair products in the rooms. Although the ecological teas available at the breakfast buffet compensated for this.

Had a great experience here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we always felt very welcome. The staff were quick to help when we needed something. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the pool was close to the ocean with long opening hours. You are able to order food/drinks at the bar, which are also very good. We would also recommend using the spa, which was very clean and the treatments offered were very relaxing. Best regards Emilie and Håkon

Better cloth washing.

Very nice rooms. Nice details and very complete. Lovely and very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Exterior could use some more attention (maintenance and cleaning). Location great on the beach. No sea view from the rooms, more like a garden or jungle view. Also the entrance of the hotel is not quite right. So the first impression wasn’t that good. But the rooms are absolutely marvelous. Simply beautiful with great details. I would surely come back. And Special thanks to May, who served the best mojito in Town And gave us Amazing intel on restaurants.

The Rooms where the very best we had in Thailand.

Everyone was full of smiles, always got a hello from everyone. I have traveled quite a lot in thailand and stayed at many hotels and the people at this resort have been the best. Great job to everyone. The location is perfect, right on the beach and accessible to transport. The grounds are well groomed and very relaxing and peaceful to walk. I highly recommend this resort. We will be back.

The only thing I didn't like was the size of balcony, but that's just my personal preference.
